Been 3 times so far, and every time I’ve loved my hair and the experience of visiting the salon. Used to have my hair done at home but this feels like such a treat I’ll keep going back. Very friendly, welcoming service.

Pauline's a complete professional and courteous hairdresser and also a very nice person! She's been cutting my hair for a long time now and have nothing but praise for her and indeed the whole business itself is run with very friendly staff and would recommend it to anyone who wants special treatment!

Amazing I had frizzy dry hair and it’s now silky smooth and straight!! Staff were really informative and prompt and I’m over the moon with the results.

Always an amazing experience. The stylists listen to the clients and advise what will work and not work with your hair. I think this gives the client confidence. This is the first salon where I have never had a bad cut and colour. Thank you Serene Hair and Beauty.

Lock down hair was getting me down, so I was so glad to get an appointment at Serene as I’d heard good things! All of the staff were welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease straight away! I didn’t really know what I wanted but Robert gave me some good advice and I felt confident to let him do his thing. Wow! Walked out feeling fresh and confident again! Thanks Robert, such a talented hair dresser! I will definitely be booking with you again! :)

First time at this salon and very excited to be getting my hair cut and highlighted. Robert was very knowledgeable and we picked a colour that I must say I love and what a great cut. Well what can I say? From the minute I walked in to such a warm friendly welcome, I was looked after in a way I haven’t experienced in any other salon. After a complete colour change and highlights, I decided I loved the highlights so much that I wanted more. I was booked in the following week to complete the look I wanted. All the staff are lovely but a big shout out to Megan who I now refer to as ‘The Blow Dry Queen’. She knows why!
Serene has been on my doorstep for years but I’m ashamed to say I’d never been. Don’t wait like I did, book in now. I can’t recommend serene enough!!
