Another lovely experience, welcoming and friendly and my hair looks beautiful after a half head of highlights and trim. Oh and the head massage lovely !

Really enjoyed meeting Robert and very pleased with what he did to my hair. So impressed with his knowledge and flexibility in fitting my appointment in.

Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with the colour as I'd asked for the copper to be toned out/removed (due to many home applications) and although I was reassured and said it might be a few shades darker - which is what I wanted - I felt that I left the salon with the same colour as when I had arrived, minus £56. Even my friends couldn’t tell it had been dyed. No disrespect to the staff, but It wasn't worth the money and I am disappointed with it. I've been working in London since then so haven't been in touch until now.
I’m afraid I won't be using your salon again.

Always have a lovely time here at serene, friendly professional staff who are happy to take on board your ideas and give advice for maintaining your style. Been seeing Megan for a while and I’ve never been disappointed. Also had a lovely head massage and a very nice coffee.

Another great cut & blow dry by Pauline, very pleased as always, I wouldn’t go anywhere else already booked for six weeks time when I will have my highlights done as well.

I was made to feel very relaxed & comfortable throughout. Was very confident in the skill & professionalism of Jacqui - the haircut itself is fabulous- Suits my face shape & very easy to maintain the look. Definitely recommend the salon & will be returning.

I am really pleased with the results of the wash, cut and blow dry. As usual, Pauline styled my hair just as I wanted it. My only disappointment was the increase in cost.

First visit to Serene Hair and Beauty. I came in for a long awaited trim after lockdown by Megan and I was not disappointed. The salon experience was personable and relaxing with both Megan and Jemima being friendly and attentive. My hair feels renewed and healthy again. I will definitely be back. ?
