Came in for a long shag cut , it had taken me 18 months to grow my fringe to my chest I said just an inch of and my fringe was just below my nose I was very unhappy with the cut it was awfull , . I spoke to the manager who put created a style and a lively cut ' but my fringe obviously was still short not a happy customer 🙃 🙂

I had a new colour and style done today. After a couple of years of light brown with nearly blonde ends, I went for a black with tinge of blue. New hair style as well. What a success, I could not be happier. Great job Gorgie and Beca, love you to the moon and back for the art you create.
The staff were so lovely and friendly! I had a consultation with Ali who was so kind in explaining to me how I would get the best results, I went back and Hattie did a gloss root for me which came out exactly how I wanted. 10/10 experience and will definitely be using Studio 10 as my go-to hair salon now.
Georgia was amazing at studio 10 she knew exactly what I wanted with my curly girl cut. I was petrified as I had bad experience with hairdressers beforehand but she took it step-by-step checking in with me every time. Being autistic she answered every question I had she made sure she worked at my pace. The service was not rushed. She explained why she was doing things when I have questions. I would recommend her 1000% to anyone with curly hair.

Such an amazing team of hairdressers. I was treated to a beverage upon arrival and Becca was AMAZING - she came over and talked to me about what I wanted, asked for pictures, explained what she was doing the whole time and just had such a calming presence about her. She even double checked to make sure I was happy with the length being taken off before any cutting began (which is so reassuring after having one too many haircuts where my hairs come out a lot shorter than discussed) Very professional and warming atmosphere - I can’t recommend this salon enough!

Thank you Becca H for taking the time to find out what I wanted, advise on a length and style, and discuss my thoughts on those. I felt she was knowledgeable and provided an impressive service, both in terms of client care and the resulting hair cut and blow dry.
In terms of the salon itself the new premises are much brighter and more spacious, but if I’m honest I still don’t find it a very calm or relaxing vibe - can you try some more chilled music and artwork?

Since moving to St Albans, I’ve only ever gone to studio 10 and I won’t go anywhere else. I booked Becca today and was blown away. She is incredibly talented and listened and I trusted her fully - I am so grateful and love what she has done. The whole team are amazing and I’ve had my hair done by different members of the team each time, and each time they somehow manage to up their game! They are incredibly skilled and very personable; I always feel so welcome, listened to and they make me feel relaxed and comfortable (I used to hate getting my hair cut until I came here!). I never know what to do with my hair and I find it unmanageable but every time I have gone to studio 10, I fall back in love with my hair.
Ian and Becca have been my favourite so far (although I haven’t seen their new staff yet!). They make my hair curlier than I’ve ever had it and have given me great advice. I always thought my hair was just frizz and now I have strong, defined ringlets :)
