First visit to the stunning new premises of Studio 10 on Chequer Street.
As usual an excellent haircut from Ian. I received compliments today.

When I got there for my appointment they said it wasn’t booked but managed to squeeze me in which I’m really grateful for. We agreed on a length and they cur it much shorter than j wanted it to be. Other than that the styling was great. I’m not exactly sure what her name is but the woman who washed my hair was so nice and made sure that whilst she was diffusing it wasn’t to hot and that I was comfortable. The products that theh used on my hair were amazing , I’m looking to buy them but don’t know what they are called!
I do not like my hair I also asked for it to be 2 ish inches below my shoulder and it was cut at my shoulder.
This was the first time having my hair done at this salon, and with the wonderful Georgia. I had my consultation a few weeks ago and Georgia actually remembered me and remembered exactly what I had asked for, she did the speediest full head of highlights I’ve ever had done and didn’t complain about my hair being thick! She did an amazing job, I love the cut, the colour, everything was just perfect. The whole team are so friendly, chatty and smiley and make you feel at home. You can really feel that they are a team and work so hard. I will 100% without a doubt be back even if it is half an hours drive now, completely and utterly worth it! Thank you Georgia so much for being so great and doing such an amazing job on my hair!

This is a very friendly salon, staff are welcoming and put you at ease. I got my hair coloured by Georgia. She undertook a full consultation and discussed my long and short term hair goals. The colour was perfect.

I had a keratin smoothing blowdry and haircut with Rebecca. My hair is now beautiful smooth and after my haircut feels so healthy. Rebecca was so detailed throughout the whole service. Im so happy

Went here for the first time since moving to the area, after having been to the same hairdresser previously for 6 years! An amazing experience, I had a balyage refresh and cut and blow dry with Ali. She was so lovely and I was so impressed with how well she tidied up my colour, perfectly blending the highlights so it looks really natural, whilst fresh and bright. I have already booked to go back in the summer!

Georgia did an amazing curly cut. I left with bouncy curls with lots of volume. So glad to have found her in St Albans. She listens to exactly what I want and gives me lots of tips to help me learn more about my curly hair.

Lucy did a tremendous job styling my hair! The result was gorgeous and not only held for the whole day when I had my photoshoot but still looked amazing the day after! It was also a bit of a mad day with plenty of trains cancellations, but the staff handled the situation highly professionally, tending to all of their clients and making everyone feel very welcomed and well looked after! Will definitely come back and trust my hair in the amazing hands of Studio 10 stylists!
I have been going to Studio10 for about a year now, and they are first class. Lucy always checks and ensures the style I want to achieve and gets me there. Lucy and all the team are consistently warm and friendly, If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I can’t praise my visit highly enough, from walking in I was made to feel welcome and it was very relaxed. Until walking in to Studio 10 I’ve always found salons intimidating but this wasn’t the case here. Ian and the whole team were friendly and put me at ease. Ian seemed to understand what I wanted from my style without me even telling him and was one of the first hairdressers who understood the struggles of having very flat hair when all you want is volume!
The cut from Ian was brilliant and not just a ‘cut for the salon’, it’s very easily maintained (needed for early starts on the school run) and I’ve got volume !!! It’s clear there is a good team and a comfortable feel suitable for all ages, I would absolutely recommend.
