Lovely atmosphere, very polite team and super clean salon. Chloe promptly advised me about the right permanent colour that suits my skin, and it was a success! Brooke cut my hair brilliantly, exactly as I wanted. Thank you so much. I will be back :)

I came to this salon wanting a very bold change from dull brunette hair with old blonde balayage running through the ends, I took the plunge and decided I wanted to go bright orange but explained to Debra that I was super nervous to do so, she reassured me it would look fabulous first of all as it would match my green eyes, Debra then informed me that it would be an easy fix if I really didn’t like the end result, low and behold she worked her magic and done it so much better than I could have I ever imagined! Debra was really lovely and super easy to chat to and she was nice enough to introduce products which would make my colour long lasting, I will be back every 6 weeks because the staff are extremely nice and welcoming, thanks girls! Huge thank you to Debra ❤️❤️

As a regular client, I once again received a warm welcome, great cut and blow dry and prompt, friendly service.

My hair was coloured by Chloe (her name wasn't an Option on the drop down box) and she always colours my hair perfectly, taking into consideration my vision, skin tone and mixing with her professional opinion. My hair was cut perfectly by Brooke, doing exactly what I had asked for.

I’ve been having my haircut by Rebecca for a few years, she always cuts it so beautifully and knows exactly how to handle my hair type.

I went into hob salon today with my 4 years old who has never had a hair cut because she has beautiful l hair and have put it off for ages now because I’ve been scared her gorgeous hair would get ruined, I expressed to Brooke that myself and my daughter were very nervous, Brooke was so lovely and welcoming and made me feel at ease, she was great with Phoebe and made her smile numerous times, she was very helpful with her after care to help me maintain the curls and health of my daughters hair.
Felt so welcoming I booked an appointment myself!

Amazing colourist! She really listened to what I wanted. She was professional but still chatty and kind, just the right balance. I felt she could see I was nervous and was careful to reassure me: check on me all along the way. I was delighted with the final result and loved the finish too! Highly recommend this salon. An excellent team all round

Always a good experience

This was my first time at the salon and I was impressed with the service. Everyone were friendly and attentive from the moment I stepped in. I was given a complimentary head massage when the conditioner was being put in my hair. The lady who cut my hair (I believe her name is Tammy) was attentive when I was explaining what I wanted to do with my hair. I’m pleased with the final result and will be back again. They were also punctual, which is great as other salons that I’ve been to in the past usually make me wait for at least 20 minutes past my appointment time before they attend to me. Thanks again to the lovely team at Hobs Rickmansworth and hope to be back soon!

Absolutely will be staying with Hobbs Right from the moment I walked into the salon every one me feel very welcome. Chloe who did my colour amazing the young girl who washed my and gave an amazing massage and Sarah who did an amazing cut totally transformed my hair style. Lots of cappuccino on tap. The lady on front reception is amazing she looks after everyone and makes sure the shop is running smoothly will recommend to everyone

Our hairdresser was good and did a decent job but your charging structure isn't clear at all and prices seem to have jumped up considerably over the past few months.

I was quoted £20 on the phone for a cut for my daughter who is 3 years old but it ended up as £25 with the staff seeming to have a discussion once the cut was complete of what to charge. This shouldn't be a "charge what we feel like on the day" approach and you need to have clear transparency from the outset. Also you may benefit from having a sliding scale for children, splitting costs into boys and girls by narrower age groups. Having one price for kids irrespective of age and effort needed seems somewhat nonsensical.

As a result, I am not sure we will return.

It was a very good experience Shabbam listened to my requests & did exactly as I wished.

Everyone is very attentive, starting with a friendly welcome, soothing wash and special treatment, love the head massage and Fran cuts and styles my hair brilliantly, always happy to let me sit and read Vogue in silence whilst she blow drys away - I feel fresh revitalised and happy to face the day! thank you Sx

Receptionist very condescending when I remarked about the price difference from my previous visit she said that’s what I booked previous colour she said was t section !!!! And that next time that’s what I would need hadn’t heard that term mentioned before !!!! Nick and Chloe brilliant

I was recommended this salon by my sister who is a regular. I have had a wonderful experience at the salon today and am truly blown away. I am extremely impressed with Debra’s systematic approach to dying my hair. The hobs team is extremely organised and efficient, they all work so collaboratively like a well oiled machine, with different staff members covering different areas. I will be back, and cannot believe I didn’t change salons sooner! Extremely impressed! Credit to the manager Claire x

I had cut and blow dry with Rebecca. She was great with listening to what a wanted. Before she cut the length she double checked what I was happy, I’ve never had this from a hairdresser before!
The cut and finish left me feeling wonderful.
Also Rosie who washed my hair did a great job and the head massage was amazing!
Will definitely be back !

I can’t recommend the service professionalism and expertise of Rebecca enough. I was made to feel welcome and left with a superb haircut! Natasha was also wonderful and so friendly. I will be making HOB Rickmansworth my forever hairdressers❤️
