I used to have my hair cut every 6 weeks but that went out the window this year. So it was great to be back and Shabnam did a great job sorting my mop of hair out.
Happy with my colour and highlights as always. I get comments from my friends what a nice colour my hair is ! I have not really had a bad experience in all the years I have been to HOB a very friendly welcome in a safe environment. A small concession for the over 60’s would be good .
Beautiful haircut but the whole experience lacking in the personal touch. Especially chose Hobs as my daughters first salon experience and it was her birthday present. Did not feel extra special no engagement no talking . Advice was good but rather dictated. Thankfully my daughter loved her haircut
Was nice to go to a hairdresser where the stylist actually listened to what I wanted and achieved the look I wanted. Everybody was very friendly and helpful.

Debra did my colour top up so well. I usually have Fiona but she was on maternity leave, I was nervous to have someone else but she was brilliant! Now I have two ladies who know my hair and how I like it. All the staff are so kind and friendly I love them all. I’m moving house soon out of the area but I will still come to this salon as I’ve built a great relationship with the team. Thank you all
