Love my hair. Emma is a fab hair cutter but I wasn’t told that Saturday they don’t offer child cut pricing. So instead they told me after…. My cut and blowdry cost my mum £73. I’m 11! I booked it over the phone. They could have told me.

Was disappointed with hair cut and was told could come back and that Robert would correct and that I would not be charged. However although I was happy with Roberts redo I was upset to learn that no note had been made about this and that the reception staff and Robert were unaware. It was resolved but I would like you to investigate why It was not recorded and who had initially spoken to me.

Sam had previosly recommended Aterna caviar anti ageing shampoo and conditioner - which I had purchased and been using and are excellent.

I came into salon feeling pretty rubbish with my hair, just looked and felt awful!! But thank goodness for the best in town Chloè colourist who was so caring said leave it to me and I will look after you and gave me the boost I needed with the colours she put through my hair and Jenny with the style she cut my hair and the products Chloè advised me to buy I came out floating on cloud 9!!! Every time I go to Hob’s at Bushey I come out feeling pampered and well looked after. And that goes from everyone who welcomes you at reception desk and the assistants who wash your hair you feel welcomed. Thank you to everyone yesterday you made happy after my time with you all. You’re all very kind.

Sam is my go to person for a cut and dry. I’ve been going to her for about approx 15 years I love the way she cuts mg hair and when out and about I get compliments on my haircut. Also she blow dries my hair in a few styles that I like - Straight and wavy and nothing is ever to much for her. She’s always smiling and chatty. She’s a pleasure to see.

Once again, since the merger, no water pressure, water temperature cold, you can see the stress on the staff right from the washers which takes them longer to do their job, which then causes a back log at the sinks which in turn delays the hair stylist’s agenda etc… I have been coming to you for approximate 15 years, every 4/5 weeks for colour cut and blow. Needless to say my time in the salon is longer, (more parking fees) and the whole experience is not as enjoyable to say the least even though prices have increased which I totally understand. In my opinion, there are too many people booked in at the same time, good for you, not for the customer. Please understand, the staff are great, it’s not their fault. Management need to review best practice ASAP or long term loyal customers like myself will go elsewhere and word will carry on spreading about negative experiences.
