I am a regular customer at HOB with long thick hair that is blow dryer straight. Finding a junior to wash my hair correctly isn’t always easy as i experienced today due to the following reasons :
Water temperature inconsistency either too hot or cold at best tepid.
Little shampoo used to make your hair not feel clean or smell nice.
Brushes used to comb through hair at back wash should be softer because the summits to make your scalp feel irritated luge today ! Infact I deserve a refund !

My new hairdresser is Kristina love her. She did corrected a bad hair cut I had from another salon. Tinted my hair today with no tingle sensation, and the colour came out lovely. Ben then blow dried my hair. And who doesn't love Ben. X never ever going anywhere else again.

As I entered the salon for my appointment I noticed that it was busy but I got seen to in minutes. I didn’t have to wait for long before I had my Shampoo despite it being so busy. It was organised and seamless.
Robert is very good and understood exactly what I wanted that day. They are all very friendly and smile often. I left very happy with my hair that day and in the evening I had many compliments as to how great my hair looked.

Booked very last minute for a blow dry - the reception staff were extremely accommodating and fit me in within the hour. Very prompt and had great recommendations from the staff. Emma was great - really went all out to make sure the blow dry lasted and was really helpful with pointers to maintain the shape. Would definitely visit again.

The trim was fine
But the colour with someone else is not good . Very overall look is khaki. Big stripes of light and dark . The first colour with her was great . This is just clumsy chunks of dark and light. I only asked for a minimal root touch up and this isn't. I paid and left a tip hoping it would look better at home. It doesn't.
We are so sorry Adele that you are disappointed with your colour and that you did not feel that you could say anything at the time - I understand that our Manager has already spoken to you but we do hope we see you again in the salon for hopefully a more positive experience with us.

Even though she was tired Kristina cut my hair well - fringe maybe a bit shorter and straighter than I’d like because it bounces up and gets curly but straighteners will help. She is a very confident experienced stylist.
