I've been coming for colour to Danielle for around 6 months now. It's true you get what you pay for. Her chat is always great, she has lovely energy and the colour and advice she gives is the best I have ever received!

This is a good salon but not as good as the prices they charge. The attentiveness of the staff is hit and miss. The staff at the washbasins don’t pay attention and often chat away to each other not noticing when they are being too rough and hurting the customer. Some staff don’t listen to what you want done. It’s not a relaxing salon to go to. Having said that some of the staff are very friendly and skilled at what they are doing but the environment and the lack of care by the staff at the wash basins let them down.

I have been going to HOB for quite a long time and just to put it in a nutshell, perfect results every time . I alway get the A* service . All menber of staff are lovely and very professional. My first visit to Bushey salon today and it was a very good experience.
The junior who washed my hair was very nice. Jenny who did my blow dry was also great as was the receptionist. Overall I had a very positive experience.

I felt my new colour was too dark … i told naomi on Saturday and an appointment wasmade for monday lunch time .. chloe removed the toner efficiently and achieved the lighter result i wanted .. her and naomi were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble!
