Saw Jodie for colour and then Shauna for a cut. Both excellent.
Just a reminder re the juniors washing hair - sometimes they can be quite rough/rushed when removing foils and combing through after conditioner.....not great for anyone who is experiencing hair loss or thinning. I think they could ask the customer before they start washing as to how they want their hair washed. Could this be trained in? It just seems that the hair washing experience isn't consistent with the overall high level of customer care offered by the stylists and salon in general ..... just a thought.

Great blow dry by Jo, really friendly, hair looked great and lasted well. This was a £20 booked on the day appointment.

I had a full head of highlights with Jodie and a blow dry with Jane. My salon experience was relaxing and welcoming.

I have been going to Naomi for weekly appointments for many years and she is always on time and a good hairdresser.

Jodie came in at 8:15 so that I could get back to my regular 9:15 appointment after she had tinted my roots. She is always helpful and it is a pleasure to be her regular client

jacki is both efficient and lovely and it is a pleasure to have returned to HOB as her regular client. She should be commended for her attitude

My experience in Hob Bushey Heath was excellent. The staff are all very professional in the manner they are dealing with Covid 19. They all adhered to the rules. I felt extremely comfortable having my hair coloured and blow dried. The desk staff are very welcoming and make you feel very much at ease as you walk through the door. Well done!

Jonny is a fabulous hairdresser. Completely reshaped my hairstyle from a long style (always tied up & off face) to a gorgeous jaw-length bob with wee bit of fringe. Very happy with precision cut. Salon was airy as was 35 degrees outside but felt cool inside. All round great experience. Thanks Jonny.
