I haven't had my hair cut in over 12years after a bad experience at another place,today I thought I would treat myself so had a look online and found unique booked at 11am and they had a space at 3pm for me,I walked in and instantly felt at ease,it's a beautiful family run business. I would recommend this hairdressers to everyone.Mariastella worked wonders with my hair and I've had so many compliments this afternoon.I loved it so much I'm back in tomorrow for a colour and blow dry ❤️

I can't fault Fabia's friendliness or the other members of the salon. My hair looked nice.
The salon is clean and offer nice coffee.
I do have to say though, which I hate moaning, but feel it's necessary to advise other potential customers, they do hard sales, and really do push you to buy their products, I had dry scalp and tried to make me pay £200 for a treatment, which I then went to a doctor and got a prescription which cleared it up in 2 days.
Also online the cost was £25 for highlights or colour and £15 for blow dry. At payment cost me £80, and that was without a cut, and an apprentice training on me. I questioned this and was told because they put a toner on my hair, I wasn't asked if I wanted this, and felt quite embarrassed to question the payment. I won't be returning, due to the hard sales they did and end charge. I also over heard them telling another client she had a dry scalp and was trying to sell her a treatment. It's such ashame as I liked the people and the salon.

Cannot thank enough to Mariastella for the huge transformation she done to my hair! Haven't been coloured for 1 year, with the roots grown till the middle of the length of my hair, and after her advice we decided to do the baby highlights, and the result is incredible. I have nearly completed a full mud treatment programme and the difference in the thickness and bounce in my hair is back to how it was pre Covid days. It is well worth the weekly appointments in a salon that is always so welcoming and friendly. Thank you team Unique.

I was lucky enough to find Anna & Michele five years ago. I have my hair highlighted, cut and dried regularly and am never disappointed with the result - in fact, having previously disliked visiting hairdressers due to several disasters, I now positively look forward to it!
Michele & Anna always listen, discuss, recommend and are passionate about using their considerable talents to achieve the best result for their clients.
They are not complacent. I am always impressed by the ongoing training, new methods & ideas and they are always fully stocked with great, innovative products.
The salon is contemporary, spotlessly clean and comfortable.
I cannot recommend this caring, family business highly enough.

Michael and Anna are the perfect partnership. They are both friendly and professional. Michael’s knowledge of colour and what suits each person is amazing. He transformed how I look by tweaking my colour and I look healthier and it looks natural! Anna, what can I say?! I recommend Anna to everyone who asks ‘who cuts your hair?’ This happens a lot. Anna really listens to what you want and will make suggestions if you want them. It took me a long time to find Anna, I wish I’d found her sooner!

Another 5 star experience from start to finish at Unique salon! All the staff are wonderful! Was treated to some more Italian home-baked delights to accompany my coffee! Michele did am AMAZING job on my hair colour and Mariastella completed my transformation with an AMAZING cut! I absolutely LOVE it!

Michele’s hair colouring is very professional and Anna’s haircut is always perfect: after years of being their customer, I still can’t stop awing at how different I look when I go out of their shop, and so my family.

Francesca always cuts my hair beautifully. Have continued to use my home hair care products. My hair feels and looks great.

As usual Mariastella helped me pick some lovely color hair lights as I'm just like get it as blonde as you can but she told me a warmer blonde would suit my skin tone , and she was right as usual

Anna has done my hair for many years now, knows exactly what my hair needs, why would I ever go anywhere else? I wouldn’t!
