Every time I go to dye my hair, and I am a regular customer, Michele is so professional, either for a root tint or highlights and full head. Always 5/5, for many years!

Absolutely loved this hairdressing experience. I was listened to and she explained everything she was going to do and had lots of suggestions and showed me how to style my hair. I have always struggled to like my hair and now it feels transformed and I love it! Thank you so much!

I had been feeling rather low lately.
A good cut blow dry and Keratin by Anna made me feel so much better.

Delighted with my fabulous hair colour Michael is an expert in his field and helped me go bolder. No where else has the expert knowledge of dealing with curly hair, Anna is amazing and I always leave really happy.

The whole experience was lovely. Maria Stella was so helpful and knowledgeable with her advice on colour and cut. She also made me feel very welcome as a new customer and was very kind checking on me etc throughout. The coffee was great too.

Fran always takes the time to listen and understand the cut/ look i have in mind. she is never afraid to suggest alternatives if she feels it wouldn’t suit my hair type. Fran is always honest which I value as she is the expert.
I always leave the salon feeling amazing and loving the cut!

Mariastella is truly a balayage expert! She elicited what I was going for and explained things very clearly at the initial colour consult. Despite a booked diary she was able to accommodate me. She was very professional and I'm very pleased with the results! All the other staff are also lovely and welcoming and took great care of us.

Michele highlighted my very thick hair, mixing in some of my natural colour, it looks gorgeous then Anna cut it beautifully and gave me a beach wave blow dry and curl, that I absolutely love, such a friendly welcoming salon, always come out happy.

I haven't had my hair cut in over 12years after a bad experience at another place,today I thought I would treat myself so had a look online and found unique booked at 11am and they had a space at 3pm for me,I walked in and instantly felt at ease,it's a beautiful family run business. I would recommend this hairdressers to everyone.Mariastella worked wonders with my hair and I've had so many compliments this afternoon.I loved it so much I'm back in tomorrow for a colour and blow dry ❤️

I can't fault Fabia's friendliness or the other members of the salon. My hair looked nice.
The salon is clean and offer nice coffee.
I do have to say though, which I hate moaning, but feel it's necessary to advise other potential customers, they do hard sales, and really do push you to buy their products, I had dry scalp and tried to make me pay £200 for a treatment, which I then went to a doctor and got a prescription which cleared it up in 2 days.
Also online the cost was £25 for highlights or colour and £15 for blow dry. At payment cost me £80, and that was without a cut, and an apprentice training on me. I questioned this and was told because they put a toner on my hair, I wasn't asked if I wanted this, and felt quite embarrassed to question the payment. I won't be returning, due to the hard sales they did and end charge. I also over heard them telling another client she had a dry scalp and was trying to sell her a treatment. It's such ashame as I liked the people and the salon.
