Excellent!!

Sam was marvellous and Olivia the shampoo person was lovely too

However the salon was very dirty and extremely tatty it’s meant to be a high end salon so I was shocked it was so dirty and unkept - needs a serious clean and maintenance person to feel all the holes just left where things had once fitted

As always, Sam was excellent. We did not talk about colour services because I don't want to colour my hair.

Due to the pandemic I have really missed my visits to Dani! She is so kind and thoughtful (not to mention has an incredible memory!). You know you are in the very best hands - advice, guidance and a great deal of care to get the perfect treatment and cut. I couldn’t be happier!

Very helpful, considerate and professional. I attended on a trainee day and as useful an excellent experience. Trainees know when to ask for help/advice and their mentors give them confidence.

11 months since my last cut. Great to see Sam for a catch up. Still growing my hair he knows after all these years what suits. I leave him to play with styling my hair and he makes a great choice. We try something new each time. I’m always happy with the end result. Surpassed himself this time. Next time he’s really going to have his work cut out! Thanks again Sam

Honestly Dawn is probably the best hairdresser I’ve ever had! Totally gets my hair! Been to her twice now and can’t wait for my colour change with her in a couple of months! She’s also genuinely lovely as well as being a wizz with the scissors! Thank you ?

Firstly it could be Abbie C or Abbie E I’m not sure. She is tall with dark hair and was wearing jeans Today. She listened to what I wanted and suggested a solution. The colour was quickly achieved and she cut my hair with care and accuracy. As she had re jigged her schedule earlier she was able to blow dry my hair and work her magic with the beach waves Very happy!

Another great cut and blow dry, I am always really pleased with my hair after my visit.

Carol did a fab job with my hair (as always). Unfortunately, the online booking service wasn’t clear as I selected a cut and blow dry but it went through the salon as just a blow dry so Carol didn’t have as much time to do my hair as usual. Regardless of this, she still did a lovely job. Thank you ?

I haven't had my haircut for 18 months (since the first lockdown) so having a really good cut with a hairdresser I've been to for nearly 20 years was a great boost to my health and well being.

I felt very safe in the salon with all the covid measures that are in place so wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other people.

Sophie is approachable , listens yet offer great advice. She is the reason I am returning to avant garde as I am terrified of hairdressers following a bad experience . She makes me feel safe.

Carol is simply the best if I employed het she would be senior stylist with a promotion. She cares about every thing she does from start to finish. She is simply the best . She is lovely company to spend time with too

Jess (not sure of her surname) is absolutely superb, I never quite know what I want and leave it up to her. She is a highly skilled hairdresser and I always come away feeling a million dollars. Ever time I have my hair cut, as I walk through Hereford a total stranger will compliment me on my hair!
