Abbie is really an incredible hairdresser. She gives me the BEST haircut I have EVER had .
Lately I have not been happy with my colour : she listened and made a great plan which left me very happy .
I also had really bad hay fever the last time I was there and she really looked after me well .
I’m very happy with the salon and especially with Abbie : she SO needs a pay rise : really. ?

5 stars. Carol was friendly and my hair feels amazing after my haircut so I’m very happy!

Great cut and colour

I have been using this salon for several years and the service is always impeccable. Sam is truly wonderful, both as a cutter and a colourist. He listens to his clients, really listens. Just wonderful.

Gracie is excelkent in shampoo and massage, and Sam so nice. My hair was just as I like it, and it was just so nice to talk !

This is in no way a reflection on Sophie. I was more than happy with everything she did and she was quick and efficient.
What I am shocked was the cost. I fail to see how a root colour and a ten min treatment for condition, cut and blow dry taking an hour and a half should cost the same as root colour and packets cut and blow dry taking 2 1/2 hours. In the past a root colour has always been 2/3rd the price of colour and packets/ highlights.

Sam did a fantastic job of remodelling my hair, he listened to me as well as adding some really good advice.

Sophie E has not long been with this particular salon but has done an absolutely fabulous job! She took the time to advise me on best matching colour combinations and understood exactly what kind of cut I was trying describe. Very, very happy!

Dawn was outstanding! Very attentive and very tuned in to the result I wanted to achieve.
I can honestly say this is the first haircut I’ve had in a very long time that I really like!

Colour, cut & blow dry by trainee who was very professional and friendly. I have mobility problems and she was very understanding and helpful. Very pleased with results which have given me a real mental boost.

So sorry to hear Chelsea is leaving,she is a first class colourist and l will really miss her.I thought the salon looked the worse for wear ,a bit scruffy even.Probably Covid.Looking forward to having the magazines back and the pretty tissue boxes and flower arrangements. All the things that make going to an upmarket hairdressers special!

It was great to be back at the salon. Great highlight experience with Chelsea J thank you. Cut with Sam and didn't it need it. As always excellent Reception Staff. The salon looked spotless and felt very much at ease despite ongoing Covid Restrictions.
