April was fab today / listened to what I’d hoped for, looked at my hair and how fine it is and came up with suggestions to achieve what I hoped for…:I’m very happy

I always look forward to my appointments with Hayley, she does such a great job with my ridiculously thick hair. The balayage really freshened up my colour and made my blonde so much brighter. My hair always feels soft and looks so healthy after the treatments. I'd never go anywhere else!

As ever a fantastic haircut but it’s the little extras, care and attention that made my visit even more special. It had been tipping down and my feet were cold and wet. No problem- I was given a warm towel to put over my feet and a nice cup of tea!

Excellent colour and overall experience

This is my 3rd time with Keely and I think she is fab. I completely trust her with my hair because she is very knowledgeable. Wispers is a fantastic salon, all the staff are so welcoming and it’s such a lovely atmosphere.

Excellent service and attention from Joe. I just wished he'd washed my hair too as the person who did it was very rough, first freezing then burning my head, scratching me with her nails. Not good.spoilt the experience.

Becca is a competent and friendly hairstylist.

Having moved away returning to Wispers is a real indulgence. It feels like going home. I leave with renewed confidence and a spring in my step. .

My first time having Sam for my colour today and she immediately put me at ease with her friendly smile and bubbly personality. She really listened to what I wanted and asked all the right questions, using her expertise to find what would be best for my hair.
I would highly recommend choosing Sam for your colour and will be back again to see her soon.

Keely is brilliant and she is such a good colourist. I have struggled to find someone who can colour my ginger hair in London and Winchester and she has absolutely nailed it! I’m so pleased to have found her and will continue to use her. She also cuts beautifully!

Excellent consultation, giving sound advice with the result I wanted . Very well executed, I am very pleased considering Sam had never done my hair before

Tia was very professional as my hair is very weak but as I’m going grey I want to go lighter . She listened to my worries and made sure I was relaxed through out . We lifted it with out chemicals ( harsh) and then coloured it . I’m so so pleased with the result . Also the salon was extremely clean and very welcoming . It has a lovely feel to it . No atmosphere at all which many salon have .

Along with menopause my hair keeps changing its mind…. I am so very fortunate to be part of a superb 5* service where everyone comes together to talk about the way forward…… it is very special … I trust the process & always come away feeling a million dollars, but even a month or 6 weeks later feel ‘I am worth it’.
Truly a salon Head & Shoulders above many on the south coast & worthy of a London postcode.
