I have been going to Whispers for years and normally stick with the same stylist. I thought I had booked an appointment with her today but I hadn’t confirmed the booking so it didn’t go through. The lady at the desk was so lovely and let me know there was availability with Sam for an hour later, I haven’t had an appointment with Sam before but she was so amazing and listened to everything I had to say about what I wanted, then gave me some advice on how I can get my hair to how I want. She was so great at explaining everything in so much detail and it really made me feel so comfortable. Thank you so much!

Wanted a different style but wasn’t sure there was a way of making my short bob look different. I was wrong. Hayley just took one look at the style I wanted and said that was easy. Left the salon with a new style and feeling very happy thanks to Hayley’s talented expertise

I visited Wispers for the first time at the end of may. Sad to say I would not go back. I booked in for a full head of foils.

I was not happy with the result stating that while there was enough foils put in, my issue was the amount of hair left out of the foils which resulted in not enough hair being bleached to achieve the result I had expected.

After raising with the salon that I was not happy with the result, I was advised at another consultation that they could put more bleach in my hair. But this would result in more damage which they recommended would need a cut. This was following a test strand at a lower developer used at my original appointment.

I then raised this again for the attention of the salon owner as I was not satisfied with this outcome and I never received any response from them. I was contacted by the head stylist... Not the salon owner who I raised the feedback with.

I've since coloured my hair myself blonde and I now have the result I wanted without further damage or having to cut my hair. This is ironic given most standard blonde box dyes have a 30/40 volume developer.

I paid nearly £140 for this service to end up fixing it myself.

Alex is always patient with my questions, hair always is so much better afterwards. She is an excellent stylist but is also good fun! Always enjoy a visit to Whispers

Kelley listened to my brief, I had full faith in her when I asked her to make the transformation.y hair turned out better than I expected and before when I used to wear my hair up all the time, I don’t think I’ll be doing that anymore, I’ll want to show it off.

Sam has been my stylist for the last 5 years and the fact that I drive 1h to see her is enough to say what a great professional she is. From colour to cut and styling, Sam is excellent! She listens and I mean truly listens advises and delivers in perfection. She’s a great asset to the salon and the best stylist anyone could ask for ! Thank you for everything !
