I look forward to my 6 weekly visits . Hayley has transformed my hair in the last 2 years from dull brown unstyled hair to blonde baylayage and beautifully cut and styled . Hayley also does lovely blow dries , and will patiently curl , straighten and creat any look I want . The salon is modern , clean and has a great friendly atmosphere.

As you see the experience is excellent. The only bad thing is the online review. It requires a title - why? It also requires comments. You will get a lot more good reviews if they don’t require a title and comments.

Alex was so helpful with suggestions of a new style for my hair and I’m so happy with the result! :)

This salon has everything including a great vibe. I have been visiting for years and it just keeps getting better and better. The staff and atmosphere are brilliant and it has everything that you could want from a salon including an extensive drinks list.

As always, I received an excellent service from Alex, she is friendly and makes you feel really relaxed. Her skills work magic on my unruly hair which is why I choose to travel from Wiltshire to have my hair done! All of the staff are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

Tina recently styled my hair before I attended a wedding and it was far too good to ruin by wearing a hat! Lots of lovely compliments so a very happy customer yet again. Also it is so rare to find a business where the staff are consistently helpful and accommodating while offering such a consistently high standard of service and all round excellent salon experience.

Becca always does such a lovely job with my hair (cut and colour) but more importantly she is great company and lovely to speak with. She always manages to put me at ease.

I have been coming here for the last year now and I am always pleased with the courteous and friendly service. Alex is brilliant and I am more than happy with the result every time. So happy to have found somewhere I can trust and feel relaxed.

Very disappointed that your prices have increased by 25% for booking with a junior member of staff. The current inflation rate is 1.9% and this is not reflected in your charges. I’ve been visiting Whispers for 12 years on a weekly basis and never seen such an increase. With this huge hike, the only person who will suffer is your junior as the client will have to decide whether to pay the base price and no tip or extend the visit to 2 weeks instead of one. Your juniors are excellent and quickly develop into mature stylists. This training ground albeit a small time allows them to develop their column and gain confidence too. If there is not a marked difference in price, your regulars are likely to go to a more experienced stylist and your trainees will be glorified hair washers?! Your comments and rationale would be welcome. Yvonne (Richardson)

Today was my first time at Wispers for a cut and a balayage, I’m so so happy with my hair! Becca listened to exactly what I wanted and was so lovely; I couldn’t recommend her anymore!

Really thorough consultation - Fae took a lot of time to understand exactly what I wanted & gave me a great cut & colour. All the other staff were massively helpful & friendly.
