First time.in salon.Joe was brilliant with my hair.I have naturally curly hair which many hairdressers find difficult. He managed it beautifully

Tina has been my hairdresser for 18 years. She always understands my needs and I get so many compliments about my styles (I like to try out new styles all the time!). Brilliant hairdresser.

My visit to the salon today was as brilliant as ever, even during these difficult times. The service was as warm and welcoming as ever and Alex did an amazing job with my highlights, I loved my head massage too!

Had full works today colour highlights on top 1 shade darker. Plus cut wash & blow dry with Ian. Really professional looks good. Lovely to see mell receptionist & Nicky they are both so helpful. Mel had organised a coffee for Richard a young girl took it out to him. He’s really spoilt. I enjoy my time with Ian and seeing all the staff. I asked whe straighteners we’re coming in for Christmas. Tina said some were in but to ask next week to check as looking for plaghtenham ones. Ian will let me no when in.

I arrived late, was given to tash to complete my colour, and then Faye went over her finish time to make sure this busy mum got her trim. Outstanding customer service and a wonderful colour and cut as always.

Second time visiting and was as pleased with it as the first visit.
Alex is super friendly and has left my hair feeling and looking so much healthier.
No concerns over COVID - they have it well organised and everywhere is super clean (as it was pre COVID anyway!)

Well looked after when coming in to salon by Mel who also organise coffee for my husband also Nicky does. Think they all feel sorry for him waiting for me. Excellent blow dry by Ian thanks to you all

Fae is a fantastic hair stylist, I had a complete restyle and feel transformed!

Hayley was brilliant, she bought the picture I showed her to life in my hair. I'm so pleased. She's a joy to spend time and chat with. The cut and finish was also just prefect. The salon is gorgeous, all the staff are so polite and helpful and that drinks menu... You're nailing it! Thank you!
