Best salon I have been to. Every person working there is very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is calming and the coffee is good! You even get offered a massage! I get such a great result every time

Molly as always was brilliant, I wasn't happy with the way my hair was looking, we had a chat and I have to say, she is the first hairdresser that has listened to exactly what I said, came up with solutions and coloured my hair exactly how I wanted it. From starting with my hair consultation that was a game changer for me because my hair type is dry and out of control with messy layers and I felt listened to and the feedback and evaluation that followed gave me the results I’d been looking for . I live an hour away from Hair OTT Whitley now….. but have never found a salon and stylist that I like as much as Kelly and the Hair OTT team. From stepping in the door, nothing is too much trouble. A drink, magazine and made to feel comfortable with a chat about my day…. And that is before my appointment starts! Kelly is always attentive and knows my hair well. By the time Kelly has worked her magic I leave the salon feeling fantastic! I’m sure I spend the rest of the day swishing my hair around because it feels so great! I love everything about my Hait OTT experience ! Thanks to all of the team. X

Honestly appointment felt a bit rushed and I am not really happy with the overall look. I asked for the hair to be layered and shaped and it looks square. I am not someone who feels massively comfortable at Salons so just wanted to leave rather than try and get it corrected further.
We are very sorry to learn you feel this way. We would love the opportunity to make it right. Please do give our salon Manager Michelle a call. (Tuesday to Friday) We only ever want our clients to be thrilled with their visit, nothing less. 💕
