As always Karen coloured my hair beautifully , her use of colours with foils means that my colour looks natural and lasts without obvious root growth , the cut is also great she advised me last time to add some layers which I love . ❤️

Mia is amazing, she gets my hair perfect every time. I was booked in for a balayage, but her blending skills are so amazing, my colour was still looking great nearly 6 months on so we just went for a toner and tidy up cut. I'd recommend her to everyone, she is brilliant.

I saw Pat for a cut and for hair colour regrowth. I love going to see Pat as he is professional, friendly and always makes my hair look good. I always ask him his opinion as I’m not very good at judging what’s the best style for me and Pat is always right. He did a slightly different cut this time and my hair looks great. My Mum June has Dementia and Alzheimer’s. When I bring her into Hair Ott to be looked after by Erin once a fortnight I know she is in safe hands. My Mum gains her confidence at the Salon because she knows Erin and the way Erin looks after my Mum is beautiful to watch. Her ways are tender and thoughtful (and she’s funny) plus she’s gradually changed Mums hairstyle which really suits Mum. Thanks Erin, you’re worth your weight in gold!!
