Mia took the time to speak with ne and listen to me and what I wanted. This she toom and showed me how she could enhance what I was wanting colour wise.

Have been seeing Phoebe for about a year now and every time she just amazes me! Absolutely get what you want and takes care of your hair. Cannot recommend enough.

Mel gave me honest and helpful advice around my colour, taking into account my naturally curly hair and condition. The cut and restyle is perfect.

My first visit to hair OTT and I will definitely be coming back.
Cordelle really took the time to ask me what I wanted from my appointment. She really took her time whereas when I've been to other salons I've felt like they've done a few snips and want me out of the chair. Really happy with my cut and finish. The other staff that I came into contact with were equally as lovely. Nice touch with the candle too it smells amazing.

Ellie never fails to deliver. She encouraged me when I was deciding whether to let the ‘grey’ shine.
I now have more compliments on my hair ,than ever. ❤️
All the staff are friendly and welcoming.

This was my second appointment with Shannon and as of now I've decided to stay with Shannon. I feel well looked after and listened to. Shannon understands what I want and what will suit my hair.

Perfect in every way, Lucy is a credit to the company, she is extremely polite and attentive and I love my chats with her during our appointments, she is a little breath of fresh air.
Only downside is not being able to add a tip when you pay by card, not many people have cash these days.

Every visit is a joy I can sit and relax and get an amazing haircut all at the same time.
Chloe is always cheerful and attentive a real professional x

Maxine has been doing my hair for many years now. She never misses a detail, she will always listen to what I feel like my hair needs but also knows my hair like the back of her hand. Always treated like it’s my first time in the salon when I see her.. much much more than just my hairdresser, a friend for life. My hair always looks and feels amazing after Maxine has seen too it!

Cordelle has cut my hair beautifully. The colour is lovely and she explained everything very well. She listens to what you want and makes her own advice based on that.

I cannot express enough how amazing my experience was with Eloise at Hair Ott. Not only did Eloise cut my hair beautifully, she took her time to learn about my hair and what I wanted to achieve from our time together. She made me feel extremley comfortable and had me leaving feeling absolutley gorgeous. I absolutley loved my hair cut and it has continued to give me a new lease of life.

I have been highly recommending Eloise to all my friends! I am honestly still so over the moon with my experience and I am looking forward to booking in my next appointment.

Lucy is such a lovely and kind lady who listens to how you want your hair style. She is always professional and shows genuine interest.

Mia is always so welcoming and super sweet. I came in after putting a box dye over my head (breakdown #1) and it had a green tint to it. Mia took on board everything I said, we laughed together at how impulsive I am and she sorted me out immediately. She is always on time, it feels like time flies even if you’re in there for 2 hours plus. Truly the most welcoming and sweetest person. I had my first ever salon experience with Mia before and I literally wouldn’t trust anyone else. The reception team are an absolute dream too. Truly 5* service and the prices are reasonable too. Everyone is so lovely! Thanks Mia, I promise not to touch another box dye…… we hope!!

I saw Alice today for a complete colour change (black to light brown). Her expertise, understanding and friendliness made me feel very hopeful that she could achieve what I wanted. From the start she was paying 100% attention to me and my hair. She made sure it was treated well and that I’d have the best possible result. I came away very pleased and will be booking Alice for further services.
