Ella listened to me and advised. She cut my hair really well, exactly as I had asked, in a U-shape rather than straight across, with long layers to give my fine straight hair some movement. I was fortunate to get a same day appointment 3 days before Christmas, as she'd had a cancellation.

Nick is just amazing!! She knows what colours to do, is a great stylist and always thinks of my personal comfort, (Drinks, mags etc) always a pleasurable and relaxing experience...thank you so much ?

Jess has been cutting and colouring my hair for a few years now. She is brilliant always listens to what I’d like and how my hair has been and gives brilliant tips and advice when I feel like a change! Today I went for a change more layers and a fringe. Love it as always.

Such Friendly and Professional staff and I’m always happy with the service I receive at Whiteley, particularly Shannon who always takes such great care over my hair. The colour and styling is fantastic and I’m never disappointed!

My first visit & from the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with friendly smiles, everyone was professional & efficient. Ella sat with me asking what I wanted & she more than delivered. I was over the moon with the outcome. Definitely will arranging my next visit soon.

As always a pleasure to visit Whiteley OTT, Kelly has sorted my various hair problems, and gave great advice at the start and continues to do. You always feel a valued customer and Kelly always has a good chat about your hair and any problems, without rushing you, and before starting the appointment type, her advice is invaluable. An added bonus is a lovely chat throughout the appointment and some good smiles and laughs. And best of all you leave feeling great after an appointment with Kelly.
All the staff at Whiteley are friendly and helpful and welcoming.

Always feel welcome and everyone is friendly. Ellie always makes me feel at ease. Only thing that I don't enjoy is the lighting. Its so unflattering, on my hair and skin. Feel unattractive when looking in mirror.
The place is also starting to look a little tired and run down. Especially compared to other salons. Luckily the staff make up for the shabby decor

I don't really ever leave reviews but I really feel like Elise went so above and beyond during mine and my daughter's recent haircut. My daughter hates having her haircut, so much so we had to leave the hairdresser's before because she was screaming! She doesn't even like it being brushed... Elise was so patient and when she noticed my daughter was finding it difficult she offered her a biscuit, a drink and some time. We didn't feel rushed and she wasn't impatient. Now my daughter can't wait to go back and have it done again! I can't thank her enough for making this experience positive for us both it's really turned her attitude around! Thank you so so much.

I have been coming to Hair Ott for many years. For different reasons I had to change stylist twice but I have always been very happy with all of them. My stylist now is Millie, who is ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT and I couldn't recommend her enough ?. Also the staff t reception is always so nice and welcoming (Sharon is so nice!)

I haven't been in a salon for years. I felt very welcomed soon as I have stepped into this beautiful salon. My stylist Mia, isn't just an amazing hairdressers, she is a very pleasant person as well. She talked me through the process of my haircut, the products she used, and at the end she aslo showed me how to style my hair at home. I will be a returning customer for sure :)
