In the area for a wedding so booked a hair appointment with Hair OTT. From the first moment, the team were super friendly and welcoming. Jess is a credit to the team and loved how she made me feel at home plus talked through each stage of the appointment as we went through. Very knowledgable and chatty and a great head massage too. Fabulous service all round!

Although I don’t visit the salon as often as I should (not a great fan of sitting still for long periods) I have been going to Hair Ott for nearly 20 years. The Hair Ott team are always welcoming. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Really great experience today... beautiful colour and expert skills at the sink where my neck was taken care of whilst my hair was washed. Finally a superb cut from Phoebe. Not to mention the delicious Cappuccino!
Other hairdressers might be slightly cheaper but not worth it... I'm worth Hair Ott and I will keep coming back. Thank you team! ?

What a lovely experience in Hair Ott today. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I felt really treated with my hottie discount hydration and moisturising treatment and head massage. Cordelle was so talented, she quickly understood the nature of my thick hair and gave a light cut with soft layers and beautiful soft shaping that was really flexible for styling. Thank you, a wonderful experience as always ♥️

I have been using Hair Ott for years. The ethos behind the company is excellent. The hairdressers are trained in house and kept up to date throughout their career. Lucy is always excellent. She is pleasant and caring. She really wants to deliver to the customer. While there, you are the centre of attention.

I went in today to have my poorly conditioned hair turned from red to blonde. I have always been anxious when visiting a salon but everyone made me so welcome and Lucy was wonderful! She was so friendly, chatty and explained everything to me. I couldn’t be happier and look forward to coming back in the near future!

First time with a balayage, it was everything I wanted, Lucy was incredible and I am so pleased with my new colour.

Cut and finish today with Millie and left delighted, as always. Millie discussed my hair condition, its natural behaviour, and how much time/effort I apply in styling my hair, then advised how to cut and style for me to manage this.

I had a late appointment today so there were no assistants clearing up behind the stylists as they worked, so the stylists were clearing up between their clients. The salon was clean and tidy but during the day when more staff are present it is immaculate and the cleaning up happens without noticing it.
Really great salon, with time taken to establish what you want and the reality of this. If you don't know they will help you decide.

Lucy was very friendly and did a lovely cut and colour I am very happy with the shape , I had a disasterous hair cut a few months ago at a different Salon which has taken a while to grow out and Lucy did a great job fixing it .
