As always, a great experience at Hair Ott. From the minute I walk in I get spoiled by all the lovely staff and Pat always manages to make my very thin hair look absolutely gorgeous!!! ❤️

I've been bringing my daughter to the salon for a while now. Jorja loves Elise cutting her hair, Elise is a lovely young girl and a credit to the salon.

Laura had always mentioned having a Brazilian blow dry for my hair due its condition and she was not wrong!! My hair looks and feels amazing just wished I’d done it sooner. Laura is so lovely and always knows what to do for my hair. Thank you so much.

Elsie was really friendly from the beginning. I told her what I would like and she gave me some advice what she thinks we should do and why! My hair looked like what i imagined!

My roots were in desperate need of attention after having to delay my appointment by a week (a double dose of pneumonia got in the way!) But all the team were so kind and showed such concern for my wellbeing, I felt very touched by their kindness. Lucy worked her usual magic and having my hair looking so much healthier and ‘toned in’ is helping me recover too. Maddi the young apprentice was also wonderful too and did a great job removing all that colour!

I'm quite new to the Salon having moved to the area 8 months ago. My daughter recommended the Whiteley salon and I feel lucky to have met Nicky. She has made me feel welcome and has worked hard on my colour and cut, listening to my views and encouraging a slightly different look.

Been coming here to have my hair cut by Kelly since the salon opened. I’ve never had a single problem with any cuts, always really pleased with them. No problems getting appointments and it’s a very friendly, clean salon.

Always gives 100% attention to detail she is amazing at colour, takes her time you never feel rushed. Elise is such a genuine nice person too so talking to her is always a real pleasure. Feel good factor overload.

I’ve been going to Hair Ott in Whiteley for years even though I have now moved out of the area. Patrick is superb and it’s always a lovely experience with a great haircut. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I’ve also had two other stylists when Patrick wasn’t available and been pleased vit it’s great to have a regular ‘friend’ doing your hair. I always come out happier all round!

Elise is always spot on with her colour choices, creating a natural, blended look that grows out well. Hair OTT Whiteley is a lovely salon where you are always pampered and looked after.

From my first initial consultation, to finally having my over due hair done, I couldn’t have picked a better salon or stylist. Karen was amazing from the start going through every procedure with me. The colour result was absolutely stunning and my hair feels amazing and so do I. Always kept me replenished with Drinks and magazines. A lovely salon and lovely staff.

I’ve moved an hour away from Hair OTT in Whitley. I tried other hairdressers in my new area but was never happy with the outcome. So…. back to Kelly and after my first visit my hair was back to sitting properly, it was shiny and my daughter was delighted that, once again, my sleek ‘Bob’ had a straight fringe and not a wiggle! ( I have got a cow’s lick so it is not a straight forward mission!). I’m so glad I’ve returned and the drive is absolutely worth it!
PS… Kelly should be a councillor is she ever decides to give up hairdressing!!!
