This is my third appointment with Grace and she did a fab job today. I wanted to go a bit darker for autumn, but still retain some highlights. The color and cut are perfect. Grace is a great communicator and is a supreme professional.

Hair Ott Whiteley was a lovely experience. The lovely receptionist greeted me by name and made me instantly feel welcomed. Took my jacket and offered me a drink. I felt instantly relaxed. Erin did an amazing job with my hair. It was so dry and dead and I left with the softest and shiniest hair. It feels so much lighter and has given me so much confidence. Erin made me feel really comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole service. Would definitely recommend booking with Hair Ott Whiteley 🤍

Once again Karen delivered on combining 3 shades of colour resulting in a warm natural looking blonde bob , the cut as always is also perfect .

I couldn’t tell you the last time I ventured into a proper salon and booked here on a whim when out shopping. Best thing I’ve done in a long time! The salon is lovely and has a very comfortable vibe.
Maxine is incredible at what she does. She takes time to understand what you want and talks through the cut from beginning to end. I walked out of there feeling like a million dollars with my fancy old-money bob! Thank you so much Maxine. Xx

Going to a hairdresser for the first time is always nerve-wracking, especially when you're in the process of growing your hair out, but I needn't have worried. It was obvious straight away that I was in very good hands with Nicky and I came away feeling relaxed, relieved, and delighted with the results.

Fabulous balayage colour with Maxine today. The colour and cut are great and I love it!

She really took the time to listen to what I wanted, as well as any concerns I had, and gave thoughtful, professional advice throughout. I felt completely at ease and, most importantly, I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nikki!

Been having my hair cut by Kelly for over 10 years now. I moved to Canada a year ago and came back for a visit and first thing on my list of things to do was have Kelly give me a decent hair cut again. She worked her magic and wow! I paid for my daughter to have a treat to have hair done in a salon as she 14. But I’m some what disappointed she had a trim which she needed and a rough dry and straighten. Her hair sadly was still damp when she came out. This would been ok but £46 for 30 minutes seemed an awful lot for a very basic hair appointment. I understand that the salon is under pressure and busy but a little more attention would have been great.

Perfect as always! Erin knows my hair exactly and she cuts and styles brilliantly with no fuss and no bother. A very nicely run salon.
