Amazing service from start to finish i was greeted with a smile and a big hello seated and immediately felt comfortable!! I hate getting my hair done but max was brilliant and also the two girls (apprentice) one making my drinks the other washing my hands

I am very happy with my visit to the salon today. Belle took time to ask what I wanted and gave me good consideration with my mobility.
I delighted with how she cut it and as a result have booked for her to do my colour in March.

Lucy C listens to what you want and discusses your hair in detail. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Always a brilliant cut and colour .Would definitely recommend her

The whole experience was from the beginning to the end, very professional. The receptionist was polite and helpful. My stylist was very pleasant knowledgeable asking many questions and talking me through the whole process I am very pleased with the end result and have booked my next appointment. This was a much needed boost after after a not so successful haircut 4 months ago elsewhere thank you

Molly was absolutely amazing! It was my first haircut after having my baby — and as a mum with a toddler, that little bit of time to myself meant so much. She was super friendly and made me feel completely at ease from the start. I loved how she talked me through everything she was doing, which made the whole experience feel really personal and reassuring. She was incredibly attentive with great attention to detail, and she also gave me really helpful advice on the best products for my hair. Such a lovely experience — I’ll definitely be back!

I decided on the day maybe I could get a cut and blow dry as a new customer I asked at reception in no time I was given an appointment with Grace who knew straight away what I needed with a good cut style and blow dry

From the minute I walked in the door until the minute I left, I felt very well looked after. I was offered a drink and magazines were bought over to me. The lady who washed my hair was lovely and Erin was absolutely amazing! She did exactly what I asked for and styled it perfectly. All whilst chatting to me throughout the appointment. I left feeling really happy with the treatment.

We discussed what colour i wanted, and the cut i would like. I was very happy with the overall service. Such a shame Hair Ott at Waterlooville is now just training .

Came in for a full head of highlights and a bit of a colour correction and this is exactly what I got. I love it and am so happy with the result.

Had a lovely hair cut from Mimi. She did a brilliant job, listened to what I asked for and was really friendly and upbeat throughout. I'm sad that waterlooville branch is closing, but will no doubt follow her to Whiteley

I had a cut & half head highlights with Belle. She takes the time to listen to what you want and gives helpful advice. My highlights look lovely and natural and the cut is just what I wanted. Belle is friendly, professional & knowledgeable. She makes the whole experience really relaxing. Highly recommend! 👍

I’ve been looking for a new hair salon for a while not knowing where to go or who to trust, I have fairly long hair and I have had some bad experiences with hairdressers in the past as well as members of my family.
The staff were very warm and welcoming. Belle introduced herself and asked me questions about what I was there for. I said I wanted to improve my appearance while maintaining most of the length but was open to suggestions.
We had a good discussion and worked well with what I was hoping for.
I am very pleased with how my hair looks and have already received a few compliments.
So yes I’m a happy customer.

As someone who has often shied away from hairdressers due to them not always getting it right. Belle has been fantastic! She totally understands what it is you’re looking for when showing her inspiration and nails it every single time! She makes the experience so wonderful. My hair has never looked or felt better! I actually look forward to my hair appts and seeing Belle again knowing I’m going to walk out feeling amazing and looking amazing.

Amazing service, I was running late due to traffic and instead of cancelling my appointment the salon swapped my stylist (I was grateful) and Belle totally understand my hair journey after cancer and chemo and worked her magic getting me closer to where I want to get to and gave me some really helpful tips with product and styling - I felt amazing after and can’t wait to go back for my already booked follow up appointment with Belle where we will be looking at some colours eeeek! Thank you so much xx
