Masterclass Academy

Casey was extremely polite and knew how to talk with a customer, at every stage Casey had spoken to her tutor, and listened to everything I had asked for. This was the best cut I have ever had , because it was exactly what I had asked for. I think the apprenticeship training Academy is excellent. I can't wait for next week when I have my new hair style coloured .

Had my hair done by Lilly. I absolutely love it! Very friendly and easy to chat to. Knew exactly what I was aiming to achieve with my hair. I'm so pleased that I even booked up my next appointment (which I never do - usually I only treat myself once every couple of years). Beautiful hair cut and colour looks so nice. Very precious about my hair as it's so long, I was worried too much would be cut off. Elise listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Very happy with the outcome. Would be great to see the before and after picture

I had my hair done by Megan. I have been going to hair ott salon since the age of 5 until 24 and as I grew up I had regular top stylist that did my hair unfortunately she left so I went to another place and did not like my hair. I went to the academy master class purely for how cheap it was and to just get a freshen up. After speaking with Megan she suggest a full head of colour which I have not had before! I am so so pleased with the outcome of the colour and how Megan turned my orangey blonde hair to a fresh natural blonde colour. I could not believe Megan was a trainee as her knowledge cut and colour was outstanding. The whole team were very friendly polite and I really enjoyed getting my hair done there. I mentally feel so confident about the look of my hair so thank you Megan!

As always l was very pleased with my hair, Tailor took a lot of time to produce what l wanted obviously with her Tutors help.

I am never disappointed when I have my hair done at the Masterclass Academy. The attention to detail and personal consideration is always top class.

Had my hair done by Taylor , was really happy with the colour she did , used to come to the academy before covid and was glad to be back and have my niece doing my hair for the first time back , will definitely be back very happy !!!

I visited the academy training school yesterday for a colour and a cut and blow dry.
The student looking after me was not confident and her hands were shaking while applying the colour and wrapping in foils and again when doing the cut. Instead of being worried , I was out at ease as Michelle who was supervising her that day was on hand when ever she was needed for advice, instruction or affirmation that she was doing alright. Michelle’s supervision style was not to crowd or sit on the student’s shoulder but to give her space and to regularly walk past praising her efforts.
I left really pleased with my new look and received compliments from my family as well as on a zoom work call earlier today.

My hair was cut just as i asked and i am so pleased with the result

I had a lovely morning with Casey she treated me very well and kept me topped up with tea and magazines, she was very professional and was lovely to chat too , I love my new perm and hope to see her next time . She also does a wonderful head and shoulder massage.

I received a warm welcome and was looked after throughout my cut & blow dry. Every stage was explained to me. I feel very privileged to be a part of the training of these young people.

Some body and umph put into my hair by a very pleasant young third year, who was very concerned with my comfort and massaged my scalp and shoulders. I do not have colour on my hair and l think it unlikely that l could be so persuaded

Been using Masterclass for 2.5 years now and I can
highly recommend them. The girls are all very pleasant and do a good job, being checked and advised as necessary. It is also a very good price.

I love my hair, the girls of MasterClass are so lovely and so talented, i wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair ? 10/10 xxx
