This is my 2nd visit to the Academy and I’m very impressed with the results of my hair cut and the staff. I wished I’d found the Acedemy sooner

Customer service was good. I found the whole time I was there underwhelming. I wasn’t happy with the amount that was cut as I had asked for a little more and I felt like I wasn’t listened to with regards to the colour. When the trainee dried my hair, she was very rough where my head was being pulled about a lot. I was offered a cup of tea when I arrived but the milk was off. I was given another one but there was no apology for this

I’d recommend giving the hair academy a try for a very reasonably priced, well supervised hair treatment. I’m always pleased with the quality and style.

Very pleased with four and cut

Have used many times over 15 years and had complete hair make overs. After six hours,not fond of cut,so having it re styled.

Visited the academy for hair cut. Staff were friendly. Happy with my hair cut. Just one thing, when student blow dried my hair it really hurt. And when I gave hint by scratching my scalp, the student didn't even check on customer make sure everything was OK. So I would say, lack of communication with customer and need to be improved. Apart from this all in all was fine.

Hair was cut lovely, not dried as good as I would have liked, too flat. Tilly was very polite and did a good job.

Would be happy to pop in just for shampoo and blow dry for someone to practice on short hair.

I came out of salon feeling very chilled and happy with new hairstyle.

Colour came out darker than expected,and front of hair is shorter than I wanted. Maddison was lovely and overall it was a good experience.

I decided on a quite different style and am delighted with how good it looks. The girls got my idea spot on.

Had a lovely day out at ott masterclass today, the lovely Tai performed a tricky allover highlight to help camouflage the greys! With a good trim and a lovely finish, mentored by Mel throughout who also looked after me well and made some lovely cups of coffee.
A great experience for someone who doesn't visit a hairdresser very often. Already booked for a couple of months time. Thank you ladies

I attended Hair Ott’s modelling school today. I had my hair foils and a root colour. I also received a head and shoulder massage and a hair cut. The staff at Hair Ott always take their time to provide me with a hair consultation to find out what I would like to have done. They always provide excellent advice and explain things thoroughly. The staff are always polite, friendly and very skilled hair dressers. I am always happy with my hair service. My hair cut and colour looks excellent! I have already received compliments about my hair from my husband and family. Thank you so much. I am really pleased!

Mia was lovely, very polite and understood what I wanted. The colour was exactly as I wanted, and the reshape/trim is just right.It was a very pleasant experience. I have been recommending the Academy to my friends.

I had a cut & colour today which has refreshed my hairstyle and looks great.

I went and got my hair cut and coloured last Tuesday I decided to go a shade darker for winter and wasn’t sure what colour to go with
The help from the girl who coloured it we chose the colour,I was a bit unsure asI thought it maybe a bit too dark,but the end result was amazing and everyone has said that the colour and cut looks great

Came to the masterclass for the first time today and lily did a great job cutting my super thick unruly hair. Fantastic value and I've already booked in for my next cut and colour.

Casey was extremely polite and knew how to talk with a customer, at every stage Casey had spoken to her tutor, and listened to everything I had asked for. This was the best cut I have ever had , because it was exactly what I had asked for. I think the apprenticeship training Academy is excellent. I can't wait for next week when I have my new hair style coloured .
