I had Trainee May do my wash and colour today. May was very professional and very friendly makes me feel real comfortable . I would have thought she was a top stylist had I not known otherwise. Mia also did an excellent cut on my hair . Thankyou both and to hair Ott for your continued performance.

My Mum June has Dementia and Alzheimer’s. When I bring her into Hair Ott to be looked after by Erin once a fortnight I know she is in safe hands. My Mum gains her confidence at the Salon because she knows Erin and the way Erin looks after my Mum is beautiful to watch. Her ways are tender and thoughtful (and she’s funny) plus she’s gradually changed Mums hairstyle which really suits Mum. Thanks Erin, you’re worth your weight in gold!!

From starting with my hair consultation that was a game changer for me because my hair type is dry and out of control with messy layers and I felt listened to and the feedback and evaluation that followed gave me the results I’d been looking for . Honestly appointment felt a bit rushed and I am not really happy with the overall look. I asked for the hair to be layered and shaped and it looks square. I am not someone who feels massively comfortable at Salons so just wanted to leave rather than try and get it corrected further.
We are very sorry to learn you feel this way. We would love the opportunity to make it right. Please do give our salon Manager Michelle a call. (Tuesday to Friday) We only ever want our clients to be thrilled with their visit, nothing less. 💕
