From the moment I walked through the salon doors, you're made to feel that you are all that matters. The pre cut/treatment consultation to go through what I want, what Kelly recommends makes me feel like I'm in great hands and I'm being listened to. Nothing is any hassle and I'm well looked after. Who doesn't live a head & neck massage too.
Highly recommend this salon and everyone who works there is trained or in training to a very high standard.

Always a five star experience! Patrick is superb and my hair is always fabulous …. People even stop me to ask where I’ve had it done. Lovely staff and nothing it too much bother. Although I always have Patrick there are plenty of other excellent stylists. Highly recommend!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Mia enough! I’m so happy with how my hair turned out. I have quite thick hair and have had experiences in the past where little bits have been missed, but Mia took her time, really listened to what I wanted and brought the vision to life perfectly. She was so lovely, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you so much! 🥰

I was really nervous about having my hair done as I don't get it done very often. Nicky was so amazing, she kept me calm, talked me through absolutely everything, asked the questions I didn't even know I needed to answer and was really thorough it trying to find the best new hairstyle for me. Maria shampooed my hair and was lovely, gave me a scalp and neck massage and made me really feel a lot calmer. I was very happy with the cut I received, Nicky talked me through every step of the way and explained what I needed to do at home and why. I will definitely be returning.

I’ve been to Hair Ott a few times now, and Mel has always been amazing! She does such a great job and really cares about her clients.

On my last visit, I decided to change my hair colour, and unfortunately, things didn’t quite go as planned. However, what I really appreciated was how determined Mel was to make things right and ensure I left happy with the result by redoing it until I was happy!

It really means a lot when someone genuinely cares about their work and goes the extra mile to put things right. Thank you Mel, for your patience, effort and care! ❤️

Did a cheeky little same day cut and design with Karen today. Never met before but she instantly made me feel relaxed. We discussed what I was looking for from my visit, she listened, understood the mission and completed it all whilst making me feel like I was being truly pampered. I'd highly recommend a visit to Karen, shes lovely. Must also mention the lovely Donna, the best receptionist ever! She's polite, kind and always very helpful. I love my visits to Hair OTT Whiteley, the whole team are fantastic.

Erin works miracles! I go in to the salon feeling grey and average and come out relaxed renewed and feeling like I belong in an advert. My hair looks great, feels lighter and swishy. It’s always a great experience and pamper for me when I come to have my hair done in Whiteley. I love the location and actually make a day of it. The team are friendly and welcoming, the salon is stylish and Erin knows exactly what my hair needs to lift it up, with the added bonus that I feel fabulous when I come out.

I desperately needed help with my hair. It was dull, dry and was last cut by my husband! I was introduced to the lovely Camilla, who took the time to discuss with me what it was I wanted. I am honestly, so happy with my new look. Thank you Camilla, you are a miracle worker.

Hair Ott Whiteley was a lovely experience. The lovely receptionist greeted me by name and made me instantly feel welcomed. Took my jacket and offered me a drink. I felt instantly relaxed. Erin did an amazing job with my hair. It was so dry and dead and I left with the softest and shiniest hair. It feels so much lighter and has given me so much confidence.
