As usual Penny has done an absolute fantastic job of my hair, I go in looking a bit of a mess 🤣 and come out feeling fantastic, Penny always takes her time to make me feel special and is always happy to do what I ask, she will advise and I al listen because she is the expert, thank you Penny.

I have been going to OTT Waterlooville for a long time. I am always greeted by a friendly member of reception team. I was offered a drink (cappuccino) with a biscuit, that along with a head and shoulder massage sets the tone for a relaxing enjoyable experience. Katie is a great stylist, she understands my hair and it's foibles. I am always pleased with the result. I wouldn't want to have my hair done anywhere else.
I missed my last appointment due to work commitments, however Liz yet again worked her magic!
The whole team at Hair OTT in Waterlooville are friendly and professional. Barb greets you as an old friend and the coffees are great too!
