Lovely helpful greeting and then shown straight to my chair a perfect cup of tea and a chat about what I thought of my last cut and colour and Katie had taken note of my previous visit and we discussed what l wanted to achieve this time.Katie makes my visit a pleasure and answers all my questions and advises me on treatments. Sophie washed my colour treatment out this time and she was very professional ,and gave me a heavenly head massage.Katie is a true artist my blow dry is always amazing and l leave the salon with hair looking so glamorous!
