Penny has done an amazing job with my hair. I have been trying to grow out the grey and when I first met her she encouraged me to stick with it and let it grow a bit more. Which I did and I today she has pretty much got rid of the remaining colour and in the process she has given me a great cut. Thank you worth every penny!!!

I've been a HairOtt customer for over 15 years. In this time I pretty much visited every salon, I've been looked after by lots of different stylists and reception staff, and I've always had a brilliant experience - from the moment my call is answered to the moment I walk out the door. I would never go anywhere else, stylists are trained to such a high standard.

Yesterday was no exception, I booked in with Tai for the first time, and I brought my daughter with me to have her hair cut too. At almost 15 she was desperate to have her hair cut in a more adult environment and was looking forward to being treated. Despite her wanting to do this, she is autistic, which means that she finds new situations and people challenging, and this can often result in her shutting down and withdrawing. To the outside world this can look like a stroppy, spoilt brat. I had mentioned that my daughter is autistic when I booked the appointment, and when I got the chance I also mentioned it to Tai, as I was worried that she would think that my daughter was being rude. I have felt compelled to write a review today because Tai's kindness and compassion has really moved me. We face so much judgement and exclusion because of my daughter's neurodivergence, that we learn to expect it, being accommodated and included means so much. I don't think that you have any idea how much you made a difference Tai (and Skye who washed my daughter's hair), so I just wanted to very publicly (but in a way that protects my daughter's identity) express my thanks and appreciation.

Had my hair trimmed, tidy a mop more like. From the coffee and biscuit. Friendly chat whilst having my hair washed. To the much needed tidy up. Tilly listened to what I was hoping for. I absolutely love my experience at hair ott and highly recommend the salon to my friends. I always leave feeling incredible. My hair is completely transformed and its reshaped my relationship with my hair. I absolutely love getting my haircut now and love that whoever cuts my hair asks me how my hair is doing and works with me rather then for me. It ends up producing results that leave me absolutely shining brightly. I always feel the quality and standard of my cut it so high regardless of the individuals experience... so thank you for creating this space and making me see my haircut as a self love ritual that makes me feel so special, refreshed and alive, over it being a chore!

I was a model for a young girl level 2 and what a pleasure it was she was talkative but not too much ,washed my hair lovely and I had a lovely massage ,she was very polite and friendly ,listed to the person teaching her and asked questions if she was unsure and most of all cut my hair absolutely lovely ,just needs to have confidence in herself as she is very good and will make a great fully qualified hairdresser one day soon
