Another fab colour and cut from Lucy. A nice fresh cut and my colours look great. Such a lovely lady and makes my whole visit a complete relaxing treat.

This was my first visit to the salon. The manager was very lovely but unfortunately the young lady who did my hair was not listening to anything I was asking for but instead insisting on her own opinion such as what colour my roots needed instead of the colour I actually wanted. I ended up with a hair cut that I didn't ask for plus my existing highlights got blotched. I also found out from the young lady that going grey wouldn't suit me because I'm dark. I recommend giving less personal opinion and more listening to what the customer is asking for.

Maxine is incredible, I look forward to each visit and seeing what she can create. Today I am so happy and my cut has made me feel like a new woman.

I always get a bit nervous walking in to get my hair done because I don’t do it very often but Eloise was lovely and I felt so comfortable and like she really listened to what I wanted. I think the pricing is super reasonable and the rest of the staff always smile and seem friendly. I love my hair and will happily book with Eloise next time to!!

First visit to the new unit in Whitely and is great, beautifully decorated and lots of space. Had my appointment with Erin and thoroughly enjoyed it! From the hair wash through to walking out feeling 10 years younger. Erin is so bubbly and helpful, listened to what I wanted, advised of best ways to style and the cut she gave me along with the waves, were beautiful! So very pleased and would thoroughly recommend. She's a credit to Hair Ott! 🤩

Having my hair done at Hair OTT has to be the best salon experience I've ever had. Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive and welcoming, I'm quite an anxious person, but the entire staff made me feel at home and comfortable. I had my hair done by Jess and it was far from an easy task, with previous home bleaching, bands and previous stubbron colour residue. Jess listened to me and did a wonderful job at colour correcting my mistakes and getting me from several shades of blonde with a blue/green band to a beautiful dusty mauve pink that looks shiny and healthy, all while looking after the integrity of my hair and keeping the length. Would highly recommend their services, they go above and beyond to look after their customers and I won't go anywhere else. Thankyou for such a wonderful experience and making my home disaster look amazing.

Such a wonderful experience. As a disabled person, from start to finish I was made comfortable. Molly took great care with my hair too, an excellent cut. In fact I can't remember the last time I had such a nice salon visit.

Elise always leaves me so happy with both my colour and cut. She takes the time to really discuss what I want and gives me great advice. The support from her colleagues is fab too — such a friendly and professional team. I always leave feeling amazing and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Belle did a great job on my hair - it’s the best I’ve ever felt leaving the salon. She clarified what I wanted at every stage and checked in at regular points. The cut, colour and style was perfect and she gave me some good tips on how to style it at home.

Karen is lovely and always makes me feel gorgeous no matter how disappointed I am with my hair when I walk in. I always leave with a great haircut.

Mimi is my regular stylist, and was excellent with my hair once again!! She really took the time to sit and listen to what I wanted, giving her opinions and advice to help achieve the best result. My hair turned out fabulous as always, absolutely obsessed.

Mel is great! Professional and competent but also so funny. Always a pleasure.

I have been coming to Kelly for years she is an absolutely incredible hair stylist 😍 she genuinely cares about what she does and it makes such a difference. Every time I leave feeling 💯 more confident than when I went in. Everyone in the Whiteley salon are lovely, you always feel welcomed.

My first visit to Hair Ott Whitley and I have been really impressed. Camilla was delightful and took my unruly hair and sent me out in world looking polished and rejuvenated. She took the time to find out what I wanted and suggested a cut which I am really pleased with. She was friendly and thoroughly professional. I will be definitely returning.
