I paid for my daughter to have a treat to have hair done in a salon as she 14. But I’m some what disappointed she had a trim which she needed and a rough dry and straighten. Her hair sadly was still damp when she came out. This would been ok but £46 for 30 minutes seemed an awful lot for a very basic hair appointment. I understand that the salon is under pressure and busy but a little more attention would have been great.

Perfect as always! Erin knows my hair exactly and she cuts and styles brilliantly with no fuss and no bother. A very nicely run salon.

After a year of Maxine helping me get my hair back to a healthy state we did a creative colour today and it’s epic!

I’ve been coming to Hair Ott, Whiteley since it opened and have always been more than happy with the way that I and my hair are treated. Patrick never fails to make me feel ten times happier than when I arrive.

Grace was incredible as always, this is the longest I have stayed at one salon as I usually just impulse book but Grace is welcoming, friendly and really listens!

Lovely haircut by Erin, styled/ blow dried to perfection! Lovely atmosphere and well looked after (including a fabulous pot of tea).

First time I had visited and was pleasantly surprised, Erin was very friendly and listened to how I wanted my hair styled. She was very knowledgeable and styled it exactly how I wanted it. Would definitely visit again.

Another amazing appointment with Erin. I have a fear of getting my hair cut due to Another stylist at Another salon cutting too much off. Erin always does what im comfortable with. My hair feels and looks amazing.

I love going to this salon. Patrick cut and coloured my hair. As always he blew it dry and it looked amazing. I just wish I could do the same. I have the most appalling hair and it’s really difficult to make it look good but Patrick does it. Apart from that he’s a lovely person and good fun to be around.
All the staff are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this salon.

Shes always honest about what she thinks you need whilst listening to what you want.. always smiling and bubbly and we always have a really good chat, I look forward to seeing her for my hair and having a catch up!

Camilla is by far one of the colourist and stylists I have found on the south coast. She smashes it out of the park everytime. I always walk away very happy, and the chat is always flowing.

Amazing as always. Not only do i get a great cut/treatment. She checks about how i am and remembers things i struggle with. I can now totally enjoy a head massage , which is something i would avoid . Brilliant stylist and feels like i am visiting a friend who knows my fine hair well x

I always feel very welcome at Hair OTT. I’ve had a trim there a few times but today when I turned up I asked for a restyle and she was very accommodating. Belle did a great job with my hair and I felt very comfortable and looked after when I was there. Looking forward to going back again in 6 weeks!

Grace was amazing. She listened to exactly what I wanted and did it perfectly!! She also helped me with how to style my hair myself at home to give the same effect it does fresh out of the salon. Very good experience I definitely intend to come back.

As always end result excellent. Given some tips on how to dry my hair giving it more volume.

After having my baby it's hard to find the time to do my hair and put an effort in, in the mornings. So it was nice to be able to feel like me again after a cut. I always come out feeling more refreshed and relaxed. Thank you for a brilliant service again. I have a lot of curly/fizzy hair and I've never known anyone to be able to get my hair as soft, smooth and straight as Elise does. 😊 Most hairdressers give up after blowing drying my hair. It's so nice to go to a Salon where they put care and effort in to the very end ❤️🥰

Lucy is honestly the most amazing and talented artist!! It is always such a pleasure to see her and she never disappoints when doing my hair🥰she is such a laugh and just fantastic! I am so happy to have her as my hairdresser, she always makes me feel like a new woman!!

Nicky is not only a great hairdresser she is a lovey warm and friendly lady. She listens to how you want your hair, her advice is brilliant. She has done my hair for a while now and I always come away with a great style and amazing colour. All the staff there are a credit to the Hair Ott brand.
