I honestly couldn’t recommend Mia enough! I’m so happy with how my hair turned out. I have quite thick hair and have had experiences in the past where little bits have been missed, but Mia took her time, really listened to what I wanted and brought the vision to life perfectly. She was so lovely, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you so much! 🥰

I was really nervous about having my hair done as I don't get it done very often. Nicky was so amazing, she kept me calm, talked me through absolutely everything, asked the questions I didn't even know I needed to answer and was really thorough it trying to find the best new hairstyle for me. Maria shampooed my hair and was lovely, gave me a scalp and neck massage and made me really feel a lot calmer. I was very happy with the cut I received, Nicky talked me through every step of the way and explained what I needed to do at home and why. I will definitely be returning.

I had a great experience with Grace at the Whiteley salon. I loved the haircut, and she gave such great advice on how to style it from home and take care of my hair! Will definitely be returning in the future :)

I’ve been to Hair Ott a few times now, and Mel has always been amazing! She does such a great job and really cares about her clients.

On my last visit, I decided to change my hair colour, and unfortunately, things didn’t quite go as planned. However, what I really appreciated was how determined Mel was to make things right and ensure I left happy with the result by redoing it until I was happy!

It really means a lot when someone genuinely cares about their work and goes the extra mile to put things right. Thank you Mel, for your patience, effort and care! ❤️

Did a cheeky little same day cut and design with Karen today. Never met before but she instantly made me feel relaxed. We discussed what I was looking for from my visit, she listened, understood the mission and completed it all whilst making me feel like I was being truly pampered. I'd highly recommend a visit to Karen, shes lovely. Must also mention the lovely Donna, the best receptionist ever! She's polite, kind and always very helpful. I love my visits to Hair OTT Whiteley, the whole team are fantastic.

Called up on the day (birthday) to try my luck at a cut and blow dry (or at least a blow dry) I was able to be squeezed in and enjoyed a cut & design. Loved the massage & hair scrub. Hair feels refreshed and lighter. Thanks so much for accommodating me.

Erin works miracles! I go in to the salon feeling grey and average and come out relaxed renewed and feeling like I belong in an advert. My hair looks great, feels lighter and swishy. It’s always a great experience and pamper for me when I come to have my hair done in Whiteley. I love the location and actually make a day of it. The team are friendly and welcoming, the salon is stylish and Erin knows exactly what my hair needs to lift it up, with the added bonus that I feel fabulous when I come out.

I desperately needed help with my hair. It was dull, dry and was last cut by my husband! I was introduced to the lovely Camilla, who took the time to discuss with me what it was I wanted. I am honestly, so happy with my new look. Thank you Camilla, you are a miracle worker.

Hair Ott Whiteley was a lovely experience. The lovely receptionist greeted me by name and made me instantly feel welcomed. Took my jacket and offered me a drink. I felt instantly relaxed. Erin did an amazing job with my hair. It was so dry and dead and I left with the softest and shiniest hair. It feels so much lighter and has given me so much confidence. I couldn’t tell you the last time I ventured into a proper salon and booked here on a whim when out shopping. Best thing I’ve done in a long time! The salon is lovely and has a very comfortable vibe.

Going to a hairdresser for the first time is always nerve-wracking, especially when you're in the process of growing your hair out, but I needn't have worried. It was obvious straight away that I was in very good hands with Nicky and I came away feeling relaxed, relieved, and delighted with the results.
