Mia has changed my style and I am really pleased with it
Always happy when Katie does my hair she always listens to my needs and is very friendly and accommodating
I’ve been getting my hair cut at hair OTT for years but this is the first time I got home and was unhappy with the cut. It’s longer than I asked for, the layers that we spoke about have not been put in and the shaping around my face is barely there and uneven. Very disappointed to have paid so much for a cut I don’t like.

Tai did a fab job fixing a hair cut a family member kindly did for me, checked every step of the way that I was happy and checking if I wanted products etc and made good recommendations. Fab job, love that I dont have to worry about it now.
