HD my 1st appointment with HAIR OTT today. My stylist was Tai. She was a lovely lady, very friendly. She seemed very knowledgeable and made me feel very welcome

I’ve been with Cordelle for a couple of years now and she is incredible - she takes the time to get to know her clients, her attention to detail is meticulous, her knowledge and confidence, and she practices by high standards. These high standards are reflected by the wider team too. I have never had an experience where I haven’t come away feeling looked after and it is why I keep coming back. By far the best salon I have found.

Always great to see Penny and staff. Penny is easy to talk to who listens to how you want your hair styled and gives advice if needed.

My stylist was Erin who is not on the above list - extremely happy with my new cut , a stylist who actually listened to what I asked for, very caring and knowledgeable stylist - who did a brilliant job

Tilly was very helpful and explained how best to do my hair. The young girl who washed my hair was very polite and friendly

Really like my hair style this time. Your new stylist, Camilla, did a really good job and I am very pleased with the result. I shall be asking for her again.

Erin was so thorough, did an amazing cut and really made me feel comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be coming back!

Received friendly welcome upon arrival at salon. Camilla listened as I explained what I wanted. I had a relaxing hair wash then head and shoulders massage, before she cut my hair. I was very pleased with my stylish haircut.

Penny always does my hair today I had a complete restyle going very short which I absolutely love Penny never fails to do a brilliant job and knows exactly what suits me.

Amazing hair cut and Cordelle was lovely! Don't often have my hair cut and was really happy with my hair cut.
Was unhappy with the policy of deposits and believe it is unheard of to have that sort of policy so was disappointed really. Will go back for Cordelle but not happy with the salon itself... think they should reconsider their deposit policy.

Cordelle is always a good listener. I've always been delighted with my hair when I leave the salon. I always feel well looked after, from the time I walk in and greeted to the time I leave. Always look forward to my hair cut.

Thoroughly recommend Hair OTT Waterlooville. Had a beautiful haircut and style today with Cordelle, she absolutely gets my coarse wavy hair type and does a superb job keeping it looking great without thinning scissors - which is a task!
