Mimi was incredible with my daughter Sienna! She left feeling pampered and confident which is a big deal for her as she lacks a lot of confidence in herself. Mimi was chatty and friendly and Sienna loved her, so much so we have booked again for another pre-holiday pamper. Thank you x

Nicky and all the staff are so helpful and friendly. Nicky is super patient and makes sure you're happy with your cut. She'll always ask how you've been and discuss how much she's going to cut off. She can't do enough for you.

Very friendly great haircut

This was my first time in the salon and all the girls I spoke with were so friendly and welcoming. I was only there for a 15 min hair consultation but they offered me a drink on arrival. I was a little early so whilst waiting a mum came in to have her little girls fringe cut, all the girls made a real fuss of her and made her feel really special. Erin was lovely, listened to what I wanted, showed me pics of what she’s done previously and suggested what she thought would suit me which I’ve never had before. I’m usually so nervous trying new hairdressers but I’m super excited for my first appointment with Erin!

Love her and going to Hair OTT everyone is so friendly. Reception is quick efficienf and professional. The salon is always clean and tidy even when they are super busy.
