Feel quite relax, always nice to ask what I would like before treatment .. all staff very polite & friendly
Today I changed my hairdresser for the first time in many years. I don’t normally like change, however, Mia made me feel very comfortable. She sat down and spoke with me about my hair, what I wanted and even long term goals. A really positive experience of the Salon thanks to Mia.
So polite pleasant and made you feel a ease couldnt do enough to help you so a big big thank you

Great experience at Hair OTT. Tilly and the team were very welcoming. Tilly listened carefully to what I wanted in terms of hair styling and delivered perfectly. She was very friendly but professional and very efficient. I felt valued as a customer and have booked my next appointment with her.
Mia is an apprentice close to qualifying. She showed good customer service skills and a friendly demonstration of how to do a great hair wash on me to a new apprentice today. She was confident and thorough in her explanation and she gives the best shampoos! 😊

This appt was for my daughter Leanne for her burthday. First time she has been in a salon for couple of years, experience was brilliant, stylist was great and loved her hair cut. Have already booked in for her daughters to come in. She even received a birthday card which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend

Mia is amazing, she gets my hair perfect every time. I was booked in for a balayage, but her blending skills are so amazing, my colour was still looking great nearly 6 months on so we just went for a toner and tidy up cut. I'd recommend her to everyone, she is brilliant.

My Mum June has Dementia and Alzheimer’s. When I bring her into Hair Ott to be looked after by Erin once a fortnight I know she is in safe hands. My Mum gains her confidence at the Salon because she knows Erin and the way Erin looks after my Mum is beautiful to watch. Her ways are tender and thoughtful (and she’s funny) plus she’s gradually changed Mums hairstyle which really suits Mum. Thanks Erin, you’re worth your weight in gold!!
