Love the way Jess colours and cuts my hair, very talented and a lovely lady too!

Having my hair done at Hair OTT has to be the best salon experience I've ever had. Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive and welcoming, I'm quite an anxious person, but the entire staff made me feel at home and comfortable. I had my hair done by Jess and it was far from an easy task, with previous home bleaching, bands and previous stubbron colour residue. Jess listened to me and did a wonderful job at colour correcting my mistakes and getting me from several shades of blonde with a blue/green band to a beautiful dusty mauve pink that looks shiny and healthy, all while looking after the integrity of my hair and keeping the length. Would highly recommend their services, they go above and beyond to look after their customers and I won't go anywhere else. Thankyou for such a wonderful experience and making my home disaster look amazing.

Such a wonderful experience. As a disabled person, from start to finish I was made comfortable. Molly took great care with my hair too, an excellent cut. In fact I can't remember the last time I had such a nice salon visit.

Elise always leaves me so happy with both my colour and cut. She takes the time to really discuss what I want and gives me great advice. The support from her colleagues is fab too — such a friendly and professional team. I always leave feeling amazing and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Always cheers me up , Lucy makes my day and I feel very pampered in her hands 🤩

Belle did a great job on my hair - it’s the best I’ve ever felt leaving the salon. She clarified what I wanted at every stage and checked in at regular points. The cut, colour and style was perfect and she gave me some good tips on how to style it at home.

Karen is lovely and always makes me feel gorgeous no matter how disappointed I am with my hair when I walk in. I always leave with a great haircut.

Mimi is my regular stylist, and was excellent with my hair once again!! She really took the time to sit and listen to what I wanted, giving her opinions and advice to help achieve the best result. My hair turned out fabulous as always, absolutely obsessed.

Mel is great! Professional and competent but also so funny. Always a pleasure.

I have been coming to Kelly for years she is an absolutely incredible hair stylist 😍 she genuinely cares about what she does and it makes such a difference. Every time I leave feeling 💯 more confident than when I went in. Everyone in the Whiteley salon are lovely, you always feel welcomed.

Took my daughter in for a cut with the lovely Camilla. She wanted a more grown up style with curtain bangs and Camilla smashed it! My daughter is so so happy with the beautiful cut. Thanks so much 🤩

My first visit to Hair Ott Whitley and I have been really impressed. Camilla was delightful and took my unruly hair and sent me out in world looking polished and rejuvenated. She took the time to find out what I wanted and suggested a cut which I am really pleased with. She was friendly and thoroughly professional. I will be definitely returning.

Maxine does magic! She knew exactly what I wanted when I didn't have a clue yet!😂 Consultation has left me excited about the actual appointment, and both cut and colouring where done to the highest standard; service was amazing all throughout. I couldn't say a bad word about my visit even if I really wanted to. Can recommend it to everyone! And Maxine definitely gained a returning customer😊

Have been going since Hair OTT opened in Whiteley. I won't go anywhere else. Kelly and her team are amazing at knowing what suits me best, even when I don't know myself. My hair requirements have matured with more tinsel and therefore the colours used have been tweaked each visit to make my head of hair look so natural and hide my greys. Thanks ladies.

I popped in for a quick fringe trim on my lunch break and Mel did such a fantastic job, even though she hadn’t done the original cut she totally got the look I wanted and I felt so confident with the finished result!
