This was my fifth visit to the salon, Hannah is so friendly, helpful, and trusting. She’s skilful, confident and gives good solid advice. I wish I could have a pocket version of Hannah to take back to Oxford where she could do my hair every 2/3 times week!
This time I have returned especially to have my hair cut, coming from Oxford.
The atmosphere in the salon is lovely, no loud music, just smiles and chats from clients and the staff.

I hadn’t met Anna until today, and she is just so lovely! My daughter is so thrilled with her new shoulder hair cut! And my other with her fringe! Anna was just so lovely from the time we arrived until the time we left. She was so good with my children and made them feel so at ease and they have both left feeling super chuffed with their haircuts- as am I! I recently had a fantastic blow dry experience with katelyn, the apprentice at Hair Design, and I couldn't be happier with the service. She was incredibly professional and attentive throughout.
The blow dry lasted perfectly all weekend. It not only looked great but also saved me time in the morning, I could stay in bed a little longer knowing my hair was already perfectly styled.
I had so many compliments on how lovely my hair was, I can’t thank her enough !
I highly recommend Caitlin for her skill and professionalism. Looking forward to my next visit!
