We take great pride in our work and it's disheartening to hear that your daughter's hair was not 100% as it should have been.
Unfortunately sometimes with children so young it can be difficult to achieve the ‘perfect’ cut due to movement etc because of this we do always welcome anyone back if they do find any irregularities within the cut.
We're glad you reached out to us and we are still able to offer to resolve the issue for you if she changes her mind.
We understand how important a child's first haircut can be and we apologize that it wasn't a smooth experience for you and your daughter. We assure you that this was an isolated case and we will work to ensure it doesn't happen again.
