Ashleigh listened to what I asked her for and managed to tidy up my uncredited for style. She was sensitive and professional and I was so pleased with the result.

I have been visting katelyn for a while now im a hairdresser myself so finding someone to do my hair just how i like it has been tricky but from day one katelyn has been one of the few stylist that i have found that makes me feel comftable and at ease styling my hair shes brillant and all the staff at hair design are so friendly and welcoming which is a rare find

I've recently had my hair cut and colour done. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted as I don't often go for the full programme, only had a vague idea, but Zhanna did the most amazing job. She made me feel comfortable, listened to, provided great advice and it turned out better than I expected. It was a very busy pre-Christmas day but the team were super professional and nothing felt rushed. I'm super happy with my new hair cut and colour, thank you!

Amy was great at listening to what I was looking for and then using her expertise to guide me through her vision of how to achieve it and exceed my expectations. At a very tough time for me I felt heard and in safe hands.

This was my first visit to the salon & Zhanna was able to fit me in at short notice. I had recently had a hair cut from a different salon that I was unhappy with so She took a long time to talk to me about what style I’d like & what would suit me. I had a lovely relaxing hair wash & blow dry with Zhanna showing me different ways to blow dry my hair myself at home. She advised on different styling products to use on my new style with no pressure to purchase. I left the salon feeling very relaxed & pleased. The salon has a lovely friendly atmosphere too.

As always an amazing service and a brilliant cut and style. Never disappoints. Always know my hair is in good hands. Always makes me feel relaxed, for me hair dressers are not the most comfortable environment.

It was my second visit to hair design, and again they were very professional, Zhanna is very knowledgeable and always ready for a piece of advice, I couldn't find anything to complain. So now I have one future appointment for my balayage, and I'll soon book a blowdry package because I think that would suit me brilliantly.

Every trip to the salon is a good one. Very friendly and helpful.

I never have to tell Zhanna what to do, she just knows what will suit me and look good. She’s always very gentle and makes conversation. She’s such a talented stylist and never pushy. She recommends hair supplements and products to help protect my hair too which I’ve appreciated.

Zhanna always does a great job and is always interested with great conversation.

I was early for my appointment but Zhanna kindly offered to do my hair 10 mins early. Always professional, fantastic memory for recalling the style I preferred even though I hadn't visited the salon for some months! Left feeling like a new person, great haircut, chitchat and general ambience of the salon.

Went in with my daughter who had been given a dreadful haircut from another salon. Amy, listened to her and transformed my daughter's hair. We did not think it would be possible and dreaded it being cut any. Shorter but Amy and her magic scissors transformed her hair and my daughter left 100% happy 👍

Zhanna was great, as usual! Fixed my fringe, cut a few inches off and gave fab layers to not make my hair look so lifeless and heavy.
