Every time I visit I leave feeling brand new! My hair is left shiny and bouncy, the cut and colour always fantastic, and the girls are all just so nice. Lovely atmosphere.

Ashleigh always makes me feel welcome and special. The whole experience is hugely therapeutic and, extra bonus, my hair looks amazing.

My first experience at Hair Design was fab Zhanna took the time to explore my hair type & suggest a style. I came away with the best hair cut that I’ve had in years & I will definitely be going back. It was also very reasonably priced which was a pleasant surprise. 🙂

Katelyn has coloured and cut my hair a few times now, and every time it’s perfect! She does a consultation before starting, explains the process involved, how long I’ll be in the salon for etc She is super professional. Her assistant Charlotte today was full of attention to learn from her mentor Katelyn. Lovely to see a great team at work. And the best outcome- I love my colour & cut. Zhanna is absolutely amazing at what she does! Every time I go for a cut and blowdry, I leave feeling so happy and confident. She really listens to what I want and always delivers beyond my expectations. The cut is perfect, the blowdry is flawless, and the whole experience is such a treat!

I cannot rate Zhanna highly enough, she guided me through the process and advised and listened, as I was a little unsure of what end result I wanted. My hair feels and looks so healthy, full of volume and I love the options and advice she has given me regarding my colour.

Zhanna is so kind and welcoming. I have really thick, long hair, and she never once made me feel rushed — she really took her time and made sure everything was done perfectly. You can tell she genuinely cares. She’s also super knowledgeable and shared so many helpful tips. Very happy with the results.

Katelyn was lovely and listened to how I wanted my hair cut. I was very pleased with the end results. She was also very helpful in recommending the correct shampoo & conditioner to try. This was my second visit to the salon and there is no doubt that I will continue to use them in the future

I find it hard going to a salon normally as its usually noisy and lots of people, then you have to make conversation which makes me anxious. Ashleigh was lovely and kept the conversation to a minimum which was perfect for me, its a small salon so the noise level was better for me. Easily booked online and appointments available next day. I would definitely return here and recommend it to other people who struggle being social able.

Shanna stepped in to cut and restyle my hair and my mother’s too at short notice. She was superb. Caring, intentional and extremely knowledgeable. I’d used my last hairdresser for over fifteen years so they were big shoes to fill. The cut is brilliant, for me and the cut she gave my mom. We will be returning.

I have been visting katelyn for a while now im a hairdresser myself so finding someone to do my hair just how i like it has been tricky but from day one katelyn has been one of the few stylist that i have found that makes me feel comftable and at ease styling my hair shes brillant and all the staff at hair design are so friendly and welcoming which is a rare find

I've recently had my hair cut and colour done. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted as I don't often go for the full programme, only had a vague idea, but Zhanna did the most amazing job. She made me feel comfortable, listened to, provided great advice and it turned out better than I expected. This was my first visit to the salon & Zhanna was able to fit me in at short notice. I had recently had a hair cut from a different salon that I was unhappy with so She took a long time to talk to me about what style I’d like & what would suit me. I had a lovely relaxing hair wash & blow dry with Zhanna showing me different ways to blow dry my hair myself at home. She advised on different styling products to use on my new style with no pressure to purchase. I left the salon feeling very relaxed & pleased. The salon has a lovely friendly atmosphere too.

It was my second visit to hair design, and again they were very professional, Zhanna is very knowledgeable and always ready for a piece of advice, I couldn't find anything to complain. So now I have one future appointment for my balayage, and I'll soon book a blowdry package because I think that would suit me brilliantly.

Every trip to the salon is a good one. Very friendly and helpful.

I never have to tell Zhanna what to do, she just knows what will suit me and look good. She’s always very gentle and makes conversation. She’s such a talented stylist and never pushy. She recommends hair supplements and products to help protect my hair too which I’ve appreciated.
