Dior washed, dried and and styled my hair for me today. When she had finished my hair looked beautiful. She dried my hair, then used straighteners to curl my hair. Finally she brushed out the curls a little to make iit look more natural.
The only downside to the whole visit today b was the receptionist when I left the saloo. (Not the usual onee, who is lovely, but a different one She was rather abrupt, and charged me extra. When I asked if the prices had gone up because I had been charged more than usual. (I have been going once a week for the past 6 weeks while my hand and wrist have been in a cast)! She answered abruptly "yes, because Dior takes time for 2 people when she does your hair." then sha walked off without saying another word. I felt for Dior at that time as she looked embarrassed.
In the 6 weeks I have been going to HarOTT, this is the first time anyone has been anything other than perectly polite and helpful.

The lady, whose name I cannot remember cut way too much off my hair., at least 4 inches. I have been growing it for 4 years and have my daughter's wedding next year but now have short hair !!!! I wanted it long and up.
The colour looks grey and it took 3 hours to look like this.
I am so upset. Ihave been using Hair Ott for years and never been so unhappy with my hair as I am today.
I felt I was not lustened to. I wanted my hair to be dried with curls but it was dried almost straight !!

I've been going to hair OTT for over 20 years now and they always cut my hair well and the highlights are on point. Logan always listens to what I want and cuts my hair just perfectly 🥰. Unfortunately you don’t do bonded only tape and no swatches were anywhere near my hair colour. I’d booked online and had a choice of 3 stylists only on the day of my appointment I had a call to say nobody was in this day to consult, so had to rebook. Felt disappointed this cost me £15

Fabulous appointment with Cat on Friday. She really listens to what I am aiming for, answers all my questions very patiently and explains what she is doing and why. I've gone lighter due to getting more grey at the front of my hair, but didn't want to go blonde. I spent 6 hours in the salon and came out with a beautiful bronde colour that I absolutely love ❤️. Cat always cuts my hair brilliantly and she is very professional but friendly. The salon team are lovely, always very welcoming. Highly recommend Hair Ott Cosham 😍
