I popped in a week or two ago to book an appointment after my regular salon was unable to fit me in. Otto took the time to discuss my hair and my needs and booked me in for today with Logan. I arrived today, was greeted by Otto and had a chat with Logan about my hair, the plan, the colour, what I wanted and what I needed. I was unsure of the colour Otto and Logan recommended, but it is perfect. The cut is beautifully done. Safe to say I've booked in for my next appointment and won't be returning to my previous salon.

My daughter and I visited the Cosham salon today and both Dior and Sophia were brilliant with both of us. At just 5, Milly was made to feel welcome and looked after by all staff, even getting her own little sticker at the end.

She was so friendly and patient with my lack of hair knowledge and I felt taken care of by her but also when I was welcomed and sat and given a drink.
