Sadly, the hair wash was not good. Too rough and not enough rinsing. I had a colour and still had the colour in both ears at the top inside and the back of the neck. This happens frequently and it shouldn’t be.
The girl who washed my hair was very nice but I did say at the time can u make sure you rinse enough 🥲
We are so sorry Pat that we did not meet our usual standards this time.

We brought our 4 year old daughter in for her first hair cut. She was very nervous when we came in to book but Bev (I think her name was?) was so amazing with our girl, she walked her through everything, spoke to her kindly and was so understanding. Our daughter had an amazing experience with the hairdresser (Izzy didn't cut her hair in the end but I didn't get the name of the girl who did). Our daughter said: "my favourite bit was getting my massage and getting a lolly!"

I had my hair cut and "Brazilian blow-dry" with Megan. This was using a new product they were trialing so we were not sure how how it would compare to the old product. I have previously had it done at a different salon and this was a way better result than I had previously. Very happy x
