Because, I was looked after from the moment I stepped in the saloon, everyone was very very welcoming and helpful and pleased to see me. Lucie rescued me just before the last lockdown as I was so unhappy with my previous hairstyle. She understood completely and I left feeling like my old me. Then lockdown happened again and she restored my hair to my previous short spiky self. Lucie is friendly, helpful and a great hair stylist. Lucie is guiding me through the transition of coloured hair to my natural grey state with ease. I’m quite looking forward to being my own grey haired self with a great haircut. Well done Lucie and Hair Ott team, been coming here for years, thank you.

Sarah is an amazing hairdresser, always makes my hair look great and I’m so relaxed in knowing she knows exactly what style and colour suits me, I will never go anywhere else.

I loved that Otto took the time to discuss options offering advice based on his knowledge and experience, but allowing me to make my own choice. I felt at ease and in good hands.

Felt great having hair done after 5 months. Lucie always listens to what I would like and advises me with colours that would suit my skin tone.

It was so lovely to go back to the salon today. Everyone who works there always makes the experience so great and comfortable. Leah is fantastic, a brilliant hairdresser and really cares about her job and is very professional. Added to this, she is also great to talk too and just a really nice person.
