First time sans mask so I now know what my hairdresser looks like? Lucie has been great over the last few months while I tried to work out what I wanted to do with my hair post lockdown. She’s great for offering suggestions but also listens and takes on board my own ideas.

Great colour / style with my ever changing ideas!! Chloe always delivers or suggests a comprise ify ideas are unrealistic.
The only grip is the chairs could really do with an upgrade to reflect the quality of the experience. I have been coming for years and they have been sat in by a good number of bottoms especially the ones at the back.... don't even think about putting me back there they are like a wooden bench.
I want a bit of comfort and luxury to sit in to enjoy my head massage etc. Would highly recommend the salon as I have over the years to other people.

Saturday early morning, greeted with a smile and a great welcome. Met my new hairdresser Lucie B who listened and planned and implanted wonderful colours, fantastic cut and I was so happy with the curls to finish. Lucie advised me on products and I give 10/10 for services provided. Thank you x

Amazing service at hair ott yesterday.
Had a perm on my long straight hair was very nervous but jennie was brilliant at explaining the whole process. The brilliant outcome had my husband seal of approval. He actually notice I had been to the hair dressers and loved it. ( he normally doesn't comment). Thank you jennie.

Been using this hair salon for many of years, including hair cuts to Brazilian blow dry and always been looked after by the staff. Friendly atmosphere makes me want to go back each time and always feel great when I leave ?

Chloe's cut was very nice, cut it short at the back to stop it from tangling.

My stylist was amazing, she knew exactly what I wanted and delivered it with a smile (albeit under the mask ha). After a year since my last hairdressing appointment, it's reminded me why I keep coming back to hairott. 5 stars all round!

As always jennie was friendly and welcoming and did my hair amazingly. More importantly she made my very disabled, deaf and visually impaired daughter feel brilliant. She loved her new hair cut. Thank you.

After a long period of lockdown i went in for a cut and colour. Otto was extremely attentive and listened to what i was wishing to achieve. The consultation was long and he made sure he got the colour spot on. He then listened carefully to how i prefered to have it styled afterwards and how much i wanted cut off. I am very fussy and both stylists were not botheted at my fussiness just making sure the result would be exactly as i wanted.
I was very happy with my hair which looked perfect. The colour was exactly right and very natural. The cut was extremely good and Otto had reshaped it around the face which had worried me, but i must say it looks better and is the best cut i habe ever had.
Hairott is always a pleasure to visit and very welcoming and the results on your hair are always exvellent.

Staff friendly, welcoming and reassuring in these (still) unusual times.
They work carefully, in sometimes cramped conditions, to ensure customer safety is foremost.
I have dark hair and so colour transfer to hairline/ears can be a little frustrating, however every effort is always made to remove as much as possible before I leave.

I’ve been happy at Hair OTT for many years. Always a relaxing experience with talented stylists. Currently with Catherine and very happy!

Nothing major, I did feel safe today and enjoyed my visit, however I did feel uneasy that the door was locked. I understand that this was to stop randomers walking in but the gov guidelines clearly state fresh air and ventilation is proven to reduce the spread of the virus. It was also incredibly hot in the salon because of the weather and the air con didn't do much cooling, nor is re circulated air good for reducing virus spread either! Perhaps a rope with a sign across or gate could be used to limit walk ins but improve ventilation?

I love going to hair ott my look good for 6 week until the next visit. I would recommend this hair dress to my friends.
