I was so well looked after at my visits. Firstly when I came in for my patch test, I was made to feel so welcome and cared for. Belle done my patch test and has a wonderful compassionate tone to her voice, she told me all the things I could expect.

On the day of my hair colour/cut, Claudia was great. Clearly very knowledgeable and I immediately knew I was in great hands and I am delighted with my results.

I was always so nervous and worried going to the hairdressers but ever since my first visit in August I have really looked forward to my appointment. Lauren has being doing my hair for several years now and you literally cannot fault her !! .. She is super friendly and I love the way she does my hair. (I always recommend her)

The salon itself is always friendly and smiley and the receptionists are lovely too.

Have not been to this salon for years having moved house. Managed to get fitted in today at short notice and had forgotten how lovely it was in there. Head shoulder massage, drinks and cake, lovely hair dresser and atmosphere. Will start to go back there again!

Lauren has coloured and cut my hair for about 15 years. She knows what I like and I always enjoy coming to and leaving the salon with a fresh look. All the staff are friendly and make me feel welcome so I won't be going anywhere else!

As usual a happy experience. I’ve known Kelly for many years and have always been delighted with my cut.

At the drop of a hat, Claudia rearranged her day so that I could have the colour that I wanted (I did spring it on her). Nothing was too much trouble. I felt very looked after, whether it was keeping me topped up with drinks, biscuits and magazines, adding longer to my parking ticket and even going and getting me some lunch.

I felt confident going from brown to pink in Claudia's very skillful hands. The 7.5 hour mamouth task seemed to fly by with Claudia knowing exactly what she wanted from each stage of the process. Needless to say I am ecstatic with the results.

I was also really impressed with Sophia (who is on an apprenticeship). She was Claudia's very able assistant, whose top notch training was evident in how flexible she was and the high level at which she performed all she was asked to do.

All in all I had a wonderful day being pampered, ending in a beautiful new hair colour. Thank you!

I had a absolutely fantastic haircut with Jennie this evening. Its was late but they never made me feel rushed to leave. The hair cut was exactly what I had ask for and Jennie took the time to talk through this with me. All the other ladies who also helped wash and dry my hair were also lovely and very good at making me feel welcomed. I have never had a bad experience here and would highly recommend hair ott to friends and family.
