Absolutely love my new hair style, I can’t thank Emily enough. She was so lovely and treated me with such care the entire appointment . So very talented . Can’t wait to come back again?

I’m always pleased when Sam does my hair. She is very professional and a very pleasant lady. Can always have a good chat with her and she always seems to remember what has been happening in my life. Lovely lady.

I had Belle who is in her final year of her training but supervised by Otto. Belle did very well and was pleased with my colour etc.

Another amazing hair cut by Otto, never ceases to amaze me how different I feel when I leave the Salon. Yesterday I arrived feeling down and dowdy and left with a spring in my step and feeling so glam. Thank you.

I arrived early and was greeted by friendly reception staff. I was given a drink and was looked after very well. My hair was cut and styled and as always looked fantastic. I like using Hair Ott because the staff are always friendly and helpful. The salon is always clean and bright. I would recommend Hair Ott to my family and friends

***** was lovely but I didn’t get what I was hoping for, I asked for my hair to be thinned out and chipped into but ***** only did that on the ends although I asked for the ends to be blunt cut. There must of been a misunderstanding The girl who washed my hair I asked her not to massage my hair because it matts. Unfortunately that wasn’t heard. I didn’t get a neck massage and as much as I’d rather give a great review, I am disappointed.

Sophia did really well with my hair. I absolutely love it! Thankyou so much Sophia. 5 stars and I hope to see you again!

I had my hair done by Taylor Armstrong,I was very pleased what Taylor done,she told me the products she was using also she showed me them at the end were I could purchased them ,I will come back again,

Catrina is a very talented hairdresser. She listens to what you want and she creates a cut and colour to suit your face and skin tone…Amazing!

I haven’t been to a salon for years and felt nervous at the thought. My stylist was very friendly, confident and immediately put me at ease. I showed her some photos of what I liked we agreed on what she would do and she confirmed everything with me every step of the way. I absolutely love my new hair, it looks and feels great and is exactly what I wanted. 10/10 ? all the ladies in the salon were lovely and very friendly.

So happy with my colour, highlights and cut. I wanted a fresh change and I got it. Sarah understood what was best for me and cracked on with confidence. Very happy hair :-)
