From the moment you walk into salon you feel special. The offer of coffee is a great start and cappuccino is excellent. Hayley listened to my requirements and problems and certainly did her best to rectify them. The cut and blow was one of the best I have had. The massage chair and head massage all add to a wonderful pampering experience.

Thank you again to my wonderful stylist Adele. She is a truly gifted hairdresser and cuts/styles/ colours my hair with accurate advice and consultation. She is professional, understanding and very polite. The salon atmosphere is lovely and relaxing and all staff are welcoming and friendly. I always look forward to my appointments. Good hygiene regulations in place for all clients to feel comfortable.Thank you .

I am always greeted when I arrive & promptly get seated to start my treatment, which is always timely. The staff are happy & provide a relaxed friendly atmosphere & I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my hair cut & coloured. Jade is fantastic in every way and I go to TP because of her. She is the best but expensive. The only thing I don’t get is a breakdown of what I have spent. Which I would like.

I hadn’t had my hair dyed for several years and after giving birth to my little boy really fancied a change. I discussed it with Laura and we decided on a copper balayage. She was so good talking me through each step of the process whilst having a good google in between. She will honestly tell me if I have a crazy idea and knows it won’t suit me! She’s ace and having some horrendous ‘transformations’ with other hairdressers in the past, I trust her judgement 100%. I look forward to my next appointment.

January has cut my hair for some years now and is really talented. She is also good at steering me towards interesting changes and keeps me up to date with flattering cuts.

In my first appointment with Laura I had a restyle- I was a bit nervous about a big change but it looks great. Laura was lovely to chat to and the head massage was such an added bonus!
