Coming to the salon was a big deal for my daughter after two years. she had a very special event she was going to that evening. ***** did not seem to know how to cut and style her hair as i would have expected.
Had i known she was a technician and not a stylist i wouldn’t have accepted the appointment.
Very disappointed as may have put my daughter off coming back into the salon.

finally to pay £41 for a cut by ***** and £49 for a superb cut by Haley for myself seems incomparable.

Jade was nice, and did a good cut. My hair wash was not the best, in the past I have had a good 2 washes and scalp massage. It was very quick and no head massage.

I always look forward to having my hair cut and coloured every 5 weeks..
staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble..

Always a relaxing and therapeutic experience. Every member of staff is caring and attentive and there is a lovely atmosphere in the salon. Laura is a fantastic stylist, always listens, always gets it right.

Ive been a client at the Didsbury branch for a few years now & dont have a bad word to say about the place. Jade is great. She suggests new hair colours (especially as im now moving into grey which she knows is scary for me) plus styles that would suite me, tho she also advises what wouldn't suit too. I have complete confidence in her.

I’ve been going to Terrance Paul in Didsbury for many years and Joanna has always listened and just ‘got it’ whatever I’ve asked for. I’ve tried other hairdressers on occasion when I’ve been away but it’s never the same! Joanna is highly experienced and knowledgeable and gives genuine advice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my hair! Highly recommended.

Jo is a superb hairdresser. She listens, advises, and performs miracles with my hair. There’s a reason this is my regular salon.

Lovely atmosphere from minute you walk-in at reception to Hayley who listens to your requirements and does her best to advise and fulfill your wishes. Erin who washed my hair was very good, she was friendly and very good at her job.
All in all a very pleasant experience.

I'm not one for going to the hairdressers, my long hair is very precious to me and I have had far too many hairdressers over the years not understand what I want BUT Jade totally gets what I want! The cut is of such I high quality, it lasts for ages and I have months of feeling my hair is at its best. I also love their culture...very kind, honest and great service every time. Couldn't recommend highly enough :-)

Visited for hair colour correction. My stylist was Molly, who was excellent, she was professional & honest about what could be done. The girls at the salon were all lovely, helpful & very professional. Molly spent many hours sorting my hair out, which now looks great. I can’t thank her & the girls enough & wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this salon!
