I had a cut and blowdry at this salon for the first time today with Petra. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and did an amazing job! Every other staff I encountered were very friendly and welcoming too. Will definitely be coming back whenever I need my hair done

My daughter wanted a whole restyle she had hair right down her back and wanted to have a wolf cut which is above shoulder length, I was so nervous and my daughter was but I myself had, had a recent visit and Petra gave me a new restyle it was amazing, and she was absolutely amazing with my daughter she was patient she kept asking her was she happy did she want more off, Petra made my daughter feel so comfortable she actually spoke up and said can I please have more off and Petra did an amazing job she has changed my daughters confidence with just a new hair style Petra your amazing and I will see you soon for a trim and colour refresh xxx

I booked in for half head highlights and the service was amazing, the end result was even better than what i had imaged, Isabella was asking questions before doing my hair to figure out what i wanted and she did a amazing job!! So friendly and welcoming and always making sure i was comfortable and had everything i needed, i will definitely be coming back ❤️❤️

Absolutely love coming here. I've never been able to find a hairdressers I trust. Until I found Saks. Saskia is brilliant. She has taken me through three different hair colours already, and this is my favourite. She has also really helped me get my hair back to being healthy after it was so damaged. I can't recommend her enough. Everyone is so lovely and helpful.

So pleased with my hair, it was very outgrown as I hadn’t had my hair done for a while, but Reece did exactly what I had asked for and I couldn’t be more pleased

First time stepping back into a salon after years of anxiety and previous issues to be greeted by Isabella, very polite and friendly. She discussed what I wanted doing with my hair, I explained what I didn’t like and needed a good healthy chop! Throughout the whole time, she was checking the lengths were okay before the chop, double checking everything all along the way & decided to do a straight blowdry to I could see all these new layers she’d added. Such a lovely girl, likes to perfect everything to how you want your hair and I left very very happy! Thankyou so much x

It was wonderful to walk into the air conditioned salon to escape the fierce heat outside! Always love getting my hair done by Reece but today the air conditioned salon was an added treat!!

Reece did a fantastic job styling my hair

I have been coming to this place for years and Jayde had been doing my cut (which although a decent cut has always been longer than requested) and color (which has always been what I asked for). Unfortunately for me she went on maternity leave and they stuck me with someone else, who out of 3 times she's only managed to do a decent cut once. A sloppy colour and an unfixable cut were to follow where I requested long layers and I ended up with extremely short layers on one side and hardly no layering on the other. I have textured hair and 2 and half months later there's still no point in cutting it because the layers are still too short. Upon calling the salon I was told one of the managers will called me but no one ever did and no attempt to fix the mess when the hair was longer or refund the price was made.

Always a pleasure to get my hair cut and blown. All the staff are lovely especially Rhys who really helps me with my lack of mobility
