The salon has been moved to beautiful new premises and I believe that this has an impact on the hairdressing experience. The new hair spa area is an absolute delight and the general atmosphere in the salon is really amazing. I recently changed my haircut style and thanks to Angela's talent and experience I am very pleased with it.

Great hair cut as always. Love the new salon especially the chair in the backwash and the relaxing ambiance.

I felt confident in the stylist who’s name isn’t in the drop down list, I came in with coloured hair 12.1 blonde and as my hair is so thin and a block colour I have low lights put in once a year, I’ve not had it done in a few years and my hair felt like a block colour so I asked for low lights to break it up add definition to the colour I have which I explained to the stylist that I liked, once my hair was dried it was apparent the stylist hadn’t listened to what I’d asked for, my hair was completely a different colour, and to make it worse too darker brown which sat next to my ash blonde made me look grey in areas, my opinion is the stylist put far to many low lights in she may as well coloured my whole head, and the brown she chose is too dark and does not suit my complexion or my original hair colour, I expressed my sadness and concerns to be told it will lighten over time, I’m very disappointed I was not offered to have it fixed

It was my first time to be in Tony&Guy Altrincham, don’t know any other staff but all look amazing, professional and very friendly.

Was extremely pleased with my first experience at Toni & Guy. I arrived early and Angela moved her lunch break to take me straight away. I explained how I wanted my hair and Angela did a great job. Very pleased with the result.

Haven’t loved a hair cut this much for years. Adam was fab, he totally understood what I was after and then produced perfect results.

Natalie was lovely and did such a good job on my hair I love it.

I always enjoy the chat and excellent cut with Angela and this was especially enjoyable after 6 months of lockdown.

I had no intention of complaining , but 24 hours after my haircut, I’m still feeling upset at the dreadful haircut I’ve been given. My usual stylist was unavailable, so I reluctantly accepted the substitute. I’d been so looking forward to my first cut after months of lockdown, but I had a gut feeling things weren’t going to go well, when she used hair clippers straight away, talking at me incessantly throughout instead of focussing on the style. I had shown her photos of a style which Adam had done beautifully on several previous occasions but she didn’t seem to understand and just chopped haphazardly. She left me with longer strands at the back and a solid wedge of hair on the back, no definition or style-it was only when I expressed my disbelief at her efforts tha she made another ham-fisted stab at it. It’s now just embarrassing. My partner and stepdaughter sympathised , but agree it’s an amateurish effort-so I’ll be covering my haute til I can see Adam for a repair job. Yes, it’s only hair, it’ll grow back, but I feel so disappointed and upset. Thank you, though to the receptionist who sorted an appointment afterwards.

Leanne tidied up my hair after it had grown from a short Bob to shoulder length. I am thrilled with the cut and finish, and it's always a lovely relaxing experience with Leanne. All very covid safe. The new venue across the road will make such a difference to the atmosphere. Can't wait to experience it later this year? Thank you!

First time back after lockdown restrictions lifted, back to a very clean and well organised salon. No difference between the usual experience and restrictions, all very safe and well organised. Amazing cut from Angela (nothing new there) always amazing service from Angela.
