Total refresh of my colour and an amazing result as always. Phill always listens, makes suggestions and ensures my colour is perfect and not just how I wanted but how it suits me.

Great haircut , great advice , great time with Holly . I have a bob haircut and fine curly hair Holly knows just how to cut it .

Not the usual high standard. Colour ok but a bit dull looking. Left with frizzy hair which had been dried but not styled. Expensive for what I received. The water at the salon was cold. Washed and styled it again when I got home as it didn’t look great for a night out.

Name was Abby. I didn't really know what I wanted and she was very helpful and we discussed different styles. Hair looks amazing so happy!!!

Despite saying that I was growing my hair and didn’t want to return to a bob, the stylist cut off at least four inches of hair and therefore I now have a bob. She completely ignored what we discussed and did what she wanted.
I am only writing this review because she needs to know that a good hairdresser listens to her client.
I won’t be returning.

Every visit is perfection. The way the staff treat the customers is amazing to see. Everyone is treated with friendliness and second to none professionalism. Love every visit

Had my appointment with Natalie yesterday and as always an excellent job. Not only was she cutting my hair but also being a friend and talking about what series to watch on tv and also talking about holidays.

When my other hairdresser let me down for poor hairstyling I had to find another. I have used Toni&Gut in another country and have had good experiences with them. I was not disappointed. I have been with Toni and Guy for a couple of years now. This speaks volume. Natalie is a very skilful and talent hairstylist who is equally skilled in colouring. This salon and its staff are all equally amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a good haircut at affordable prices.

I have been a devotee of Toni and Guy for many years except for when I lived in Cornwall in the 70’s. I have very straight hair that needs to be cut well and all the stylists are extremely competent. I currently visit Toni and Guy in Altrincham and can only say good things. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Every day is a good hair day because I’ve got a great easy to look after style and get lots of compliments.

I’m not sure what the lady’s name was who cut my hair, she was from Brisbane and did a great job! Thank you.

She’s just a lovely person and very good at her job.

I would rate my experience as ‘meh’ to ‘OK’
I waited over 20 mins past my appointment time whilst they fussed over the prior client, chatting and taking photos etc. I nearly walked out at having to wait so long.
I was over and done with in less than 35minutes (wash,cut,blow dry) -had that end of day rushed feeling.
Didn’t really do what I asked but accepted stylist knows best. Went in with split ends, came out with styled split ends - have had to go to another salon to have those rectified. Didn’t feel the finish was sympathetic to my hair, and style was dropping out even as I left the shop.
I wouldn’t return
I think the price (£75) was more than advertised on the website

Called today to salon fora cut wash and blow dry , Holly explained to me about Opalex which is a great conditioner for your hair to which I know I needed ! It’s was really a great cut , blow dry and service to my hair ! Thank you Holly !

As usual, Angela is a really skilled hairdresser. She made my whole experience of getting my haircut, joyful and relaxing .

From the second I put my foot in the salon, I felt totally relaxed. The ambiance is friendly and professional. Perfect balance. The receptionist was probably the best receptionist I have ever seen, anywhere. . Jon (first time) understood exactly what was needed. It was a big cut so it needed time. Well done team! What a lovely haircut. Aside from giving me my image back Shanais was absolutely lovely. Friendly and very kind. Totally a lovely experience! I love my hair again ! And the new shop is lush too.

Can’t recommend this salon enough

I am pretty nervous about going to the hairdressers, so much so that I only go every 2-3 years. I’d even washed my hair before I went to reduce the amount of time I spent in the salon! But Shanais was amazing from start to finish and really put me at ease and restored my faith in hairdressers. I love my cut (my hair was waist length and is now just about by my shoulder blades) and I couldn’t be happier ❤️

Love the new Salon! It’s very stylish. However, it’s the staff that make Tony and Guy at Altrincham. Without exception all are welcoming and friendly. I feel spoilt for an hour while I’m there. Jon styles my hair now and wow I’m very lucky.

Relaxed as my hair was washed with a lovely head massage to finish. Sarah gave my hair new life after cutting about an inch off. Looked great.
