Charlotte is a fantastic stylist and she is so lovely to chat too.

My stylist, can’t see her in the dropdown list. She was lovely but apart from the receptionist I didn’t receive a very warm welcome and because I was early no one acknowledged my presence for about 10 minutes. I am not exactly satisfied with my haircut either, and probably will not be back. FIXX might not be the best place for POCs to get their hair done.

I had niki and she was absolutely superb, she did my daughters hair whos was very dead and helped her very much. She recommended different hair products and cut my daughters hair perfectly. Very happy with it thank you niki!!!!

Greeted on arrival with a warm welcome and smile from Julie. Ben was extremely professional and friendly making me feel very special. Explained the treatment and the benefits to my hair..on top of this a great hair cut. My hair is now silky smooth and extremely shiny. Love it. Throughout the treatment Riley washed my hair and supplied me with magazines very, very relaxing. A great experience,. Thank you.

Had a lovely appt with Charlotte. We always have a really nice chat. I’ve been growing out a shag with a view to getting a blunt bob and today was the day! I’ve got a banging little fringe now and I’m really happy. She took her time making sure it was perfectly level which is something I appreciate, having had some ropey fringe trims in the past elsewhere.

Brilliant as usual

My experience with Suzi was amazing. Lovely, very clean application. However, as soon as she’d finished it went downhill. The person washing my hair kept making comments I didn’t appreciate like that my hair was high maintenance and she couldn’t be bothered doing something like that. Just wasn’t pleasant.
Then when I get back to my chair, she goes and sees what’s meant to be happening next and came back and said I wasn’t booked in for a blow dry, because they were all so busy. At the time during early evening it wasn’t busy at all. Someone else even commented on how quiet it was. I felt humiliated when I had to dry my own hair, was left with a couple of colour remover wipes and was asked if I needed any products. I left with damp hair and paying the full bill. It was the worst experience I’ve had at the salon yet.

So happy I found Fixx .. Ben totally understood what I wanted - a change!
He’s given me such a brilliant haircut .. and he’s a great guy too. As I told Ben - he’s my new hairdresser 😊

I’ve been to visit Kim twice now and think she is amazing! Very knowledge and helpful with what to do with my hair and her work is amazing too.. highly recommend!
