I’ve been a customer since FIXX opened. There is always a friendly welcome from Julie, the receptionist and drinks are offered. There is an opening discussion with the stylist about how the previous cut has been for the client and about whether the client wants to make changes. I don’t want to spend ages on my hair at home. The excellent haircut Lauren gives me allows me to wash and go at home. Perfect. I am in my 70s but I never feel out of place in the salon and I always feel fabulous with my “new hair..”

I've been visiting Fixx for some time now and think it's fab! Quite honestly, I used to kind of dread getting my hair done before Fixx as I didn't really enjoy sitting for an hour making boring small talk or long silences. Now, not only does Ben sort my hair out and make me look and feel better - but he's also a good laugh and a great conversationalist! Same goes for everyone in the salon. Genuinely lovely, talented people.

I love coming to have my hair cut at Fixx Salon. Lisa always cuts my hair brilliantly, and she’s also so lovely to talk to. The receptionists are also always amazing and help as much as possible. The atmosphere at the salon is very relaxed and welcoming.

Fixx are the best! The salon is always welcoming and the service the best! Had nano treatment and my hair is just perfect and blow dry lasts for days thanks Ben!

I came for half a head highlights, was welcomed in with a coffee and biscuits, then taken to the chair to discuss what we were going to do, had a lovely chat with suzie then I had a lovely girl washing my hair and some one was training her. They both dried my hair afterwards as well, I went back to the salon yesterday to have my fringe cut my Charlotte which is always a pleasure to Catch up with her ,both times at the salon was very enjoyable and looking forward to going the day of my Christmas works do.
