HOB Hair Salon West Hampstead, London

This is a wonderful hairdressing salon. The staff are superb in all aspects. Thomasz has been doing my hair for a number of years. He is amazing at hair design, cut, colours, and styling. But the other staff are fantastic too as they are all trained by Hobbs training school. It's a wonderfully pleasant, professional, friendly service. With absolutely best quality products, superb hair colouring, stylists. Very professional reception and always kind and personal care with coffee and biscuit. I can't recommend it high enough. It is more expensive than a less expert local hairdressing service but you pay for and get the best quality. It is less expensive than central London salons. Highly recommended!

Emma’s amazing, deserves the world on a stick etc. I booked an £85 treatment and got billed £135. It got adjusted. Nothing like bill shock to impact a really good experience. Maybe better communication between reception and stylist?

Lovely haircut from Sol who listens to what you want and is skilled at cutting and styling. He has cut my hair which is very short and my daughter’s hair which is very long and full. He can do it all!

I’ve got very thick long hair and prior to getting it cut and styled by Elijah, I had an idea that I just wanted a big chop so it was more manageable. Elijah disagreed and I’m so happy he did because the cut, blow dry and style was fantastic. I’m so happy with it and can’t wait for my next appointment. Thank you!!

Good visit as always to the salon- been going there for many years . Everyone at the salon is always helpful and friendly . Fred always does a great job with my hair cuts and I always trust his judgement.

Bryn did my colouring (balayage) and Ana did my hair cut. They were both incredible!
I’m always nervous about going to get my hair coloured, especially this time as I’m getting married next week, but it needed doing. They were both professional and friendly and gave me exactly what I asked for. The colour is beautiful, with the perfect money piece at the front.
Ana also helped me get some inspiration for my wedding look, as she curled my hair beautifully after the cut, and she subtly framed my face and fixed the long grown out fringe I had.
And I didn’t get her name, but the woman that washed my hair gave the best head massage!

Romeo is my go to guy for my hair. And wasn’t advised about colour services because they know I am not interested. Lucky with my natural colour for now and intend to grow old disgracefully ;-)

Vitalis is an outstanding hairdresser and the customer service in the salon as a whole has been excellent! Highly recommended!

Brynn always does an amazing job with my colour, and Ana finishes it off with a perfect cut and blow wave that makes it look fresh and ready to show off. The energy and conversation is always fun, leaving me in a great mood for the day!

Linda is the best hair dresser I have ever had. She always does exactly what I want her to do and is extremely skilled. I never fail to walk out feeling amazing!

Chole has been amazing genuine compassionate has looked after me in all advice visits and finally now after losing a lot of hair she gave me a subtle t section of colour I'm over the moon and caint wait for her to colour my hair again

The salon was bright and airy, with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff I was seen by were all welcoming and friendly and very professional. Jenna did an amazing job on my roots and assured me she would save the details of colour used for next time .

Very hard to find a good mens hair dresser for longer cuts. Sol has cut my hair for 3 years.

I love having my hair done at Hobs West H. Bryn does my colour beautifully every single time. Vitalis cut is as I asked. Finally somebody that understands my hair.

My 13 year old daughter hadn’t cut her hair in about a year and it was seriously long and in desperate need of cutting. She went for a layered, texured look and Kelvin delivered with an amazing cut and blow dry. She walked out a very happy young lady (and mum!).

Emanuel is creative and detailed, and literally gets my hair looking better every time I come to the Salon! ?

Tom can create magic from nothing and I left the salon looking considerably better than when I went in. I cannot recommend him enough and the salon is a friendly relaxing place.
