Amazing, I asked Tomaz to chop off my long hair to a cool short bob and he did it so well and paid so much attention to what was best for my super straight fine hair and face, etc. Really attentive and gave me the coolest haircut I’ve ever had. Thanks again x

Linda and Elijah are great. Took the time to find out what I wanted, gave me useful advice where I wanted their opinion. Marco on front desk is super helpful. I’m honestly not a huge fan of getting my hair cut (lazy) but I want my hair to look good and I enjoy coming here. I always get a fantastic colour and cut.

Half head highlights, once again Emma was excellent. Friendly and uber efficient, she will always listen attentively and understand exactly how I envision the end result!

My first time getting my hair coloured, I decided to get Balayage. I absolutely love my hair! Bryn and the team did a fantastic job. They offered me appointments to return to ensure the colour was exactly what I wanted and suited my face. So happy. I had an amazing experience with lizzy.she was so nice and really looked after me very well. My hair was stunning at the end ( especially its my birthday and going to a special dinner at night) my hair was even nicer than I expected. Staff very friendly & salon very clean & welcoming. When washing my hair I got a great head massage. Felt to relaxing. The male stylist that cut my hair was happy to give advice on style to suit me. My hair is short but very thick & can be a nightmare to cut but he done a great job on it & I left feeling very pampered

I had a wonderful cut and blow dry at Hob, I have been to Hob for a couple of years now and find the culture and atmosphere incredibly welcoming. When I had dyed my hair myself the team were really positive and encouraging, I returned to Vitalis specifically because his favourite hair style is a graduated Bob and he did such a good job on my longer Bob look last time that I wanted him for cutting it shorter. The haircut and styling look amazing and I know it’s going to grow out beautifully.

Alex was incredibly kind, patient and lovely with me. Apart from doing a complete colour change to my hair with amazing, vibrant results, she was also honest with me about hair products. For once I felt like a hairdresser was being genuine with me and not trying to sell me stuff.
I will definitely be back !

I like the cut

This is a wonderful hairdressing salon. The staff are superb in all aspects. Thomasz has been doing my hair for a number of years. He is amazing at hair design, cut, colours, and styling. But the other staff are fantastic too as they are all trained by Hobbs training school. It's a wonderfully pleasant, professional, friendly service. With absolutely best quality products, superb hair colouring, stylists. Very professional reception and always kind and personal care with coffee and biscuit. I can't recommend it high enough. It is more expensive than a less expert local hairdressing service but you pay for and get the best quality. It is less expensive than central London salons. Highly recommended!

Emma’s amazing, deserves the world on a stick etc. I booked an £85 treatment and got billed £135. It got adjusted. Nothing like bill shock to impact a really good experience. Maybe better communication between reception and stylist?
