We are deeply sorry you were disappointed on this occasion. We can assure you this isn’t the level of care or satisfaction we aim to give and as you can see from 99% of our reviews, this experience falls far below our usual standard.
Ron did offer to see you again at the end of the day which, understandably if you were unhappy with the experience or were short on time, you declined. A discount was also given on the day and I am sorry if that was not made clear.
Our salon owner called you within one hour of your review being posted. He too offered to redo your hair. We had hoped you might feel more assured being in the business owner’s hands. He has called you again today and left another message and his private mobile number.
If there is a way we can make this right for you, please call us. If not, please pop into the St Margarets branch where we will be happy to offer you a refund in full.
We are truly sorry the experience fell short of your expectation, especially so as it was your first haircut since having a baby.
