Wash & blow dry for a wedding, Ron sorted everything out after a booking error on the computer ( probably my fault!). Hayley gave valuable advice & made sure my hair would look good fir the whole wedding weekend.

I may be unusual in that I’ve never enjoyed going to the hairdresser. However, since Hayley has been cutting my hair. this has completely changed and I can relax knowing I an in good hands. Yesterday, I left the salon 100% satisfied. I highly recommend the salon and stylist.

Many people LOVE a trip to the salon but you are not alone in being someone that doesn’t particularly enjoy the experience.
As hairdressers, we try to read cues from guests but we are only human and we don’t always get it right. If you’re someone who wants to be in and out as quickly as possible, or someone that wants peace and quiet from your salon experience, please let your Stylist know.
It’s hard to cut hair faster than it takes but we can turn down the volume of music and if you’d rather read than have your Stylist talk to you, just say. They won’t be in the least bit offended. Our job is to make sure you leave the salon with a great haircut and enough education to know how to manage the style at home but it’s also to make the experience as pleasurable as we can, and we know that is different for different people.

Summer was very happy to fit me in and give me an emergency haircut as my usual hair stylist was unwell and I desperately needed my hair freshened up before a busy 2 weeks of travel.
She was very helpful and professional and I am
very happy with my cut! She even used a new product on my hair ( for me) which I have now bought.

Haircut was great but why does it cost more if I make a booking? Walk ups cost less. Don’t understand that at all and won’t book in advance next time.

Our Stylists are in demand most of the time. If they weren’t, we wouldn’t exist as a business. A booked appointment guarantees you will see them at a time convenient to you. Walk-in appointments are only available when a Stylist isn’t busy or has had a cancellation. This is common practice within the hair industry. I hope that answers your question.
If you rebook at the end of your appointment, we offer a 10% Rebooking Discount which might work well for you. Or consider our Recommend-a-Friend Scheme. If you recommend a friend to our salon, they get a whopping 50% off their first haircut and as a thank you to you, so will you. In theory, you need never pay full price for a haircut again.

Hayley is a skilled and friendly stylist, I wanted a really blonde look, she explained it would take a few sessions to get the lift I needed as she didn’t want to cause damage.
